Had a absolute wonderful stay! Stayed with my partner and 6 month old. It was warm out but we stayed nice and cool in the home and the walk down to the village was great! Our little one also swam in the pool for the first time! The home and surrounding areas were beautiful and we definitely soaked in the beauty of nature in comfort. Extremely grateful for the stay and looking forward to next time!

What I Loved: • Impeccably clean throughout. • Friendly and responsive hosts. • Well-stocked kitchen: fridge, microwave, plug-in stove, Keurig with pods, pans, and more. • Peaceful, secluded vibe surrounded by nature, yet conveniently close to the city. • Excellent privacy, especially with shades drawn on the side facing the main house. • Shades can be adjusted to let in natural light or block it out completely—great for sleeping in! • USB plug-ins throughout for easy device charging. • Dimmable lighting for a cozy, customizable atmosphere. • Clever storage built into the bench seating. • Patio chairs and table outside made it easy to relax and enjoy the view. • Loved the added privacy from the lush green vines surrounding the home. • Smooth, easy check-in and check-out with clear directions and a self-entry code. • Outdoor shower was a highlight—super relaxing. • So much wildlife! We spotted birds, bunnies, coyotes, and squirrels during our stay.

very nice place to stay, super cute, easy street parking. Was perfect for a few days with half kitchen and studio feel. 10 mins from the harbor.

We had a magical weekend retreat at Jennifer’s Glass House. It was so peaceful, the unique architecture was perfect for taking in the sights and sounds of nature—the view from inside the Glass House was jaw dropping. Jennifer was so sweet, welcoming, and helpful. The bed was supremely comfortable and the bedding had a luxe feel. There were thoughtful places to sit, swing, or lie down throughout the property. While the kitchen is more limited, we were able to cook everything we needed, making food outdoors was divine. The bathrooms were spotless, if a bit of a walk to take in the middle of the night (but no different from other glamping facilities). We were lucky to have the entire Grove area to ourselves so it was especially comfortable as we didn’t have to navigate around other occupants. Loved the pool and hot tub area, a really charming experience. Overall it’s the perfect place for a quiet retreat off-grid, to recharge in an ideal glamping situation. We can’t wait to be back.

Blue Sky was a great spot to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. I’ll definitely be back.

Mona's place is very peaceful, quiet, relaxing, and very reasonably priced. The sound of water flowing from the creek in back and birds singing was lovely. We walked to the main hub of stores and entertainment. There were spiders and wildlife around as expected because it is in a national forest, so you may not like it if you don't like nature. I thought the chipmunks were cute to watch from the window. Mona's place was very cozy and I will definitely be coming back someday!

Staying at blue sky huts was a great experience and would definitely recommend everyone to try it out.

Great tiny home experience!

This was a very cute little home with just the right amount of amenities. I suspect we will be back when we can actually spend more time there and enjoy the nice vibe it has. Gloria was proactive in her communications and the place was exactly as described. Perfect for a little get away.

Carol and Doc were the most lovely hosts. They sent over clear and detailed instructions on how to get to the Tiny Home, located in a remote farm location about 30-40 minutes from central Ojai. Upon our arrival, Doc came up to greet us and gave us the rundown on the airbnb and the property and assured us they were there if we needed anything. We were looking for a relaxing, peaceful, remote vacation in the mountains (with accessibility to Ojai) and we got just that! Would love to come back again soon.

Hillside Haven is a great spot and we really enjoyed our stay. The property has everything you'd expect, plus some special touches which help to promote an "I'm on vacation!" feeling. The patio is an especially nice place to relax. Neighborhood is lovely. Eryka was very responsive, a good communicator and provided clear instructions for check in and check out. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

We loved staying at this place, it is surrounded by beautiful nature, it is very quiet and secluded. The tiny house is spaceous in a way and very comfortable. Will definitely recommend this place to ofhers who visit the area.

My husband and I had an amazing time in Asher’s cabin for a two night stay for our anniversary. His cabin is expertly curated and is comfortable and welcoming. Asher was very communicative and answered quickly every time we messaged back and forth. We used the grill and ate outdoors and stargazed while relaxing in the hot tub. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Another note - he has a Tushy bidet installed on the toilet! I travel with a portable bidet and was floored and ecstatic to see the Tushy installed! We will absolutely come here again! Asher’s cabin is perfect for a two person getaway.

Got as a place to rest while visiting the coast. Good drive time to nice beaches, comfortable, quiet neighborhood, nice space and set up. Had everything we needed to function and be cozy. Getting into and out of bed is pretty awkward due to ceiling angles/railings, would not recommend to those with limited mobility. Bed itself is good quality and comfortable. Very close to host house, would feel comfortable staying alone.

We LOVED having our Thanksgiving weekend at The Shoals Corner! The unit is charming, very comfortable, with a pull-out couch/bed conversion in the living room that gives a great view of the ocean (and sunsets!). From there, we could see a pod of dolphins feeding for quite a while one morning! We brought a crockpot and fixings from home, and made our turkey breast in the cozy kitchen for our holiday meal. The kitchen is really well stocked for up to four people. There's lots to do in central Ventura, so we worked out at a gym a couple of times, shopped for food and beverage extras next door to the gym, and drove around to look at neighborhoods. We also played miniature golf another day and thought about going to a movie...but the beach vibe, fresh air, and sunshine were so satisfying that we avoided indoor activities. We're already talking about going back next year. THANK YOU, MARY, for your hospitality and the opportunity for us to have a wonderful vacation!!

We had a lovely stay! Beautiful property, clean, very quiet and relaxing and also close to everything. Dan & Dianne were wonderful hosts and very accommodating! We hope to come back soon.

Overall we had a great stay at this property. It is private and quiet, within walking distance of Summerland town strip and is just a short drive to state street. I encourage renting Gillian’s room to anyone looking for an affordable stay in summerland! The dog bed was a nice touch for our dog as well!

Harvey's apartment was clean and the property had a gorgeous garden. The instructions were clear, host friendly, and the apartment had plenty of amenities. The space is about 1/2 mile from plenty of places to eat and drink. Would definitely stay again.

We felt so at home in Donna's sweet casita! It was perfectly located for our reunion with family members who live only five blocks away from her property, which is in a pretty, very walkable neighborhood. The cottage was exactly as pictured, and Donna was a welcoming and responsive host. We would love to return to the casita the next time we're visiting family in Ventura.
