The room is at the other end of the apartment, so you don't have to go through the living room, so you have more privacy. You'll share the apartment with my wife and me.

Our apartment is 90m2 and is located in the Guinardo neighborhood, which corresponds to the upper area of Barcelona, so you will find some climbs as it is in a mountainous area, but in return it is a very quiet area, it is well connected by buses and metro 10 minutes from downtown, the Sagrada Familia and Parc Güell. It is very bright, south-facing, we have a very quiet balcony overlooking the community area with a swimming pool, available at any time to take a bath.

Spacious and bright double room with access to a beautiful balcony and a private bathroom. My cat (Max) and I live in the rest of the apartment. Please respect the animal. He will not enter your space. The address is located two minutes from the Pep Ventura metro, Line 2 that takes you in 20 minutes to the center of Barcelona. You can also walk (ten minutes) to the well-known and beautiful Pont del Petroli beach, with its promenade full of bars and restaurants.

Situado a 30 minutos del centro en metro, a 10 minutos del centro comercial La Maquinista, Metro cercano Santa Coloma, puedes fumar, es una 4° planta sin ascensor.
