Everything was just as stated in the listing. Excellent appartement, helpful and easy-to-reach host. Pretty quiet neighborhood also. Two supermarkets right down the street - an all-in-all excellent stay.

It is a nice area and really convenient to get around. However, I would say if u have a lot of luggages you should consider store your luggage somewhere else since there is no elevators. The staffs are overall very friendly and nice, and responsive, one man who was working there even helped me carried most of my luggages upstairs. Though there was some misunderstanding regarding check-outs. Overall a really pleasant experience!

The apartment is adorable with the best terrace for morning coffee and evening aperitivo. The host is communicative, helpful and cared enough to check in on me. The neighborhood is one of the best in the city - Santo Spirito and the piazza has tons of restaurants, cafes, super walkable and central. The ONLY negative thing I have to say is that if you have ANY type of mobility issues, this apartment is not for you. It's 4th floor walk up (Americans this means the 5th floor) and furnishings are not comfortable. The bed is in the loft space (more stairs) and if you are on the taller side you will not be able to stand up there. I have a very bad back that was acting up while here and shimmying into the bed was not ideal and it was tough not having a comfortable couch or seating area to relax. But for someone who is more fit this obviously wouldn't be an issue. Regardless of this I still feel the apartment was well worth it!

Beautiful/elegant apartment, close to everything. Lots of space for a family and all amenities including washer. Marco met us and was extremely helpful, nice and professional. Communication was prompt and easy. Marco even replaced a hairdryer for us when the one provided was not functioning. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Ein B&B der anderen Art: viel Platz zum Wohnen und Schlafen, eine geniale Terrasse mit grandiosem Blick in die Hügel von Florenz. Sehr gute Restaurants in kurzer Distanz. Es muss nicht immer nur ein Hotelzimmer sein. Jederzeit wieder, vielleicht wieder zu einem Konzert im römischen Amphitheater.

We loved this apartment. The view of Florence was amazing and it felt very cozy. It was within walking distance of everything we wanted to do but just far enough away to not be as noisy. The service was great and very responsive to anything we had questions about. Would recommend this spot to anyone!

Eleonora is a gracious and generous host. She replied to any concern or question promptly and was helpful in all matters. Her spacious apartment has a truly exquisite garden where I was able to unwind after a busy day in Florence. I spent a wonderful month at her place near Porta Romana, which is a charming part of Florence within 30 minutes walk or less than 10 minute bus ride to the center.

This was a great accommodation! Plenty of space, with tons of helpful amenities like an iron, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. Great value for what we paid, being about a ~15min walk from the train station. Fairly easy to get into historic Florence, however the buses seemed a bit unpredictable. Paola was incredibly helpful, she met us in Bologna to hand-off the key and gave us tons of recommendations. Great experience overall!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was even better than expected – very clean, well-equipped, and beautifully located. You could tell that the hosts really thought of everything. We especially appreciated how spotless everything was – it felt truly comfortable and welcoming from the first moment. Incredible townhouse located just a few kilometers from the busy city center. It was nice to be able to sit out and relax in the private courtyard. The large kitchen was fully equipped and there were even coffee pods and small cakes available on the counter. Tom's communication was detailed and very responsive. We felt completely at home the moment we entered. Excellent value for the price, thank you, Tom!

Great place for peace, quiet and beautiful mountain view from the private garden of this historic chapel. Our hosts, Titti and Antonio, were attentive and extremely helpful in our brief moment of crisis with our rental car issue. We had a beautiful time and a wonderful stay! Korteri juurde viib kitsas ühesuunaline tee. Parkimine on võimalik umbes 500m eemal kirikuparklas, mis oli küllaltki mugav. Arvestada tuleb, et korteris on vaid üks voodi, kõik ülejäänud mahamiskohad on kas diivanid või välivoodi. Askukoht oli mugavalt nt Michelangelo väljaku vahetusläheduses, kust oli väga ilus vaade linnale.

Posizione strategica per chi ama la tranquillità e vuole visitare Firenze ed i dintorni. La casa è spaziosa e dotata di tutti i comforts, compreso il giardino, situazione ideale per chi, come noi, ha un cane. Per raggiungere Firenze c'è la possibilità di lasciare l'auto in un comodo parcheggio gratuito ( a ca. 15 minuti in auto dall'abitazione) e prendere il tramvia. Con €1.70 e altri 15 minuti si arriva in centro. Massimo è stato gentile, disponibile e soprattutto comprensivo quando abbiamo dovuto anticipare di un giorno la partenza a causa di un serio contrattempo.

Room it's just like the pictures, checkin was really good, Lorenzo send all the details in advance. if you arrive to Firenze Santa María Novella you have to walk arround 15 minutes to the appartment. Quiet zone perfect to rest.

Jonny heeft een prachtig appartement, met een schitterend terras. Het huis is heel sfeervol met veel kunst en planten. Je voelt je er meteen thuis. Het is ruim en voor vier personen was het heerlijk. Als je gastvrij wil worden ontvangen op een heerlijke plek in Florence ben je hier op het juiste adres.

We absolutely loved this Airbnb! The location was perfect - walkable to everything in Florence. The host was very quick to respond and very polite. The apartment itself is very spacious, clean, modern and great for a group of 6. It is a lot of stairs - this was actually a positive thing for us, as we needed a little exercise to burn off all of the pizza consumption haha. But be prepared that you will need to get your suitcases up / down the stairs. Overall we loved this spot and definitely would book it again!

Perfect location and super quiet despite being within minutes of heavy tourist areas. Gianmarco was a great communicator. We were there during a heat wave, and the place cooled down quickly with the A/C. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Daniela's place in Florence was the perfect balance of a quiet neighborhood and being close to the city center. The apartment was comfortable and clean and was only a 2-3min walk to the tram that takes you right to the city center of Florence where all the iconic sights and food can be reached. The apartment also had had all the necessary amenities for a few nights stay. The laundry machine and drying rack were easily available and were a much appreciated amenity. There was also a lockable, enclosed one car garage reserved for the apartment that we left our car in during our stay. The neighborhood also felt very safe and quiet even at night. Daniela was a great host who was very responsive and friendly and helpful with everything we needed. If you find yourself looking for a place outside the busy city center to stay while in Florence I highly recommend Danielas place!

Spacieux appartement de charme en plein cœur de Florence (5 min. À pied du Rialto ou du Duomo). Un beau jardin bien entretenu et privatif permet de profiter de l’extérieur. L’hôtesse est pleine de bons conseils. J’y reviendrai sans aucun doute.

The apartment was very clean and had a nice terrace. Marcella and Matteo were wonderful hosts, I couldn’t have asked for better communication. They were proactive with helpful information and local recommendations, and quick to respond to questions. We felt very welcomed and would come again!

Wonderful three night stay. Apartment very clean. All amenities washer dryer in great condition. Beds very comfortable. In walking distance to sights shopping and good restaurants. Surprised to find a kitchen stocked with water juice eggs salami bread cereal to get us started. Tomasso and Francesco very attentive. Responded immediately when we needed a taxi to train station.
