Holiday rentals with a patio in Santa Croce, Florence

We had a wonderful stay at Daniele's and truly appreciated our host Teona who gave wonderful recommendations. The apartment is within walking distance of many restaurants/cafes in a local neighborhood, but if you are looking for the tourists areas, the walk is 20-30 mins. Lovely area.

The apartment is located near the Cascine, 5 minutes' walk from the Tramway to the Center. It is small but has everything to feel good and the location is ideal for visiting Florence. For us, it was also perfect for the Concert at the Visarno Arena, which is within walking distance. The check-in was uncomplicated and Marta was very helpful in letting us do the late Checkout, we appreciated not having to leave the apartment immediately at 11.00 a.m. but in the afternoon...thus avoiding being in the city in the heat since our bus left in the evening. We'll be back!

Great location. Being close to the train station means you can quickly drop your bags and start exploring. Apartment well decorated with beautiful kitchen and eating space. Walking distance to all the attractions.

WOW, WOW, WOW! My partner and I stayed here for our good friends wedding week, and Serena, her family, and the local community were above and beyond magical, friendly, and helpful. This is a must STAY, if you want to base your trip out of the tourism chaos of Florence, and be up on the hillside — with stunning views of the city, and history dating back to the Romans in the fourteenth century. It’s an incredible village in Fiesole and area. The space is really great, simple layout, with modern merging with old stone and luxurious features. The bathroom was squeaky clean. I really can’t say enough about this gem of a host, and Airbnb!

Very good stay, and very responsive hosts + co-hosts. The place is pretty spacious and good for 2 individuals, equipped with modern amenities. The bus stop is right in front and all major attractions are walkable. Would definitely recommend to choose.

The apartment has an absolutely gorgeous view of the Duomo from the living room and one of the bedrooms as well as from the private rooftop terrace. We spent hours drinking wine on the roof enjoying the Duomo and the sunset. Close by to many main attractions. Apartment was clean and as described.

Eleonora is a gracious and generous host. She replied to any concern or question promptly and was helpful in all matters. Her spacious apartment has a truly exquisite garden where I was able to unwind after a busy day in Florence. I spent a wonderful month at her place near Porta Romana, which is a charming part of Florence within 30 minutes walk or less than 10 minute bus ride to the center.

The house was really clean and had everything you wanted. Chiara was a good host and recommended a local restaurant to us. The location of the house is not very close to the city center, but not too far away. In the location where the house is located, locals usually live.

A quiet, impeccably furnished heaven. Every need provided for, slept tremendously in the quiet, loved the tiny village two shops and the backyard an oasis from a busy life. Thank you Leonardo. We cannot wait to return.

The apartment was for us in a very good distance to downtown, quiet and yet not too far away. Shopping and restaurants nearby made the stay very easy and enjoyable. We were received in a very friendly and uncomplicated manner and we got great tips.

Incredible townhouse located just a few kilometers from the busy city center. It was nice to be able to sit out and relax in the private courtyard. The large kitchen was fully equipped and there were even coffee pods and small cakes available on the counter. Tom's communication was detailed and very responsive. We felt completely at home the moment we entered. Excellent value for the price, thank you, Tom!

Great place for peace, quiet and beautiful mountain view from the private garden of this historic chapel. Our hosts, Titti and Antonio, were attentive and extremely helpful in our brief moment of crisis with our rental car issue. We had a beautiful time and a wonderful stay! We highly recommend this gorgeous property for your personal sanctuary with nature.

Beautiful authentic home. Very local neighborhood with good connectivity to the train station and walking distance to the city center. The highlight is the terrace and backyard, where we enjoyed some very calm meals and bottles of wine. The neighborhood is quiet. However, two rooms face the street which could be a bit noisy, also at night. Bring ear plugs if this bothers you. Check in procedure was easy and Niccolo was very kind and responsive all the time. I would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back.

Convenient location for those who love tranquility and want to visit Florence and its surroundings. The house is spacious and equipped with all the comforts, including the garden, ideal for those who, like us, have a dog. To reach Florence there is the possibility to leave the car in a convenient free parking lot (about 15 minutes drive from the house) and take the tram. With €1.70 and another 15 minutes you can reach the center. Massimo was kind, helpful and above all understanding when we had to anticipate the departure by a day due to a serious setback.

Where do I start. Words do not express how beautiful this place is. Very very quiet and peaceful. We only spent 3 days. Visited a winery that Bianca setup for us at short notice. We were ill prepared and did not have a car to get around but worked out really well for us. We walked about 15 minutes into town close by and did a little grocery shopping. Bianca is an excellent host. I would definitely recommend this rustic gem. Until next time

Lorenzo and Luca are two excellent hosts, super helpful and welcoming. Essential accommodation, comfortable and clean, adjacent parking, bus stop, bar with cold buffet, rotisserie, self-service laundry, all close to the house. A 15-minute walk from the center and the racecourse for concerts.

We absolutely loved this Airbnb! The location was perfect - walkable to everything in Florence. The host was very quick to respond and very polite. The apartment itself is very spacious, clean, modern and great for a group of 6. It is a lot of stairs - this was actually a positive thing for us, as we needed a little exercise to burn off all of the pizza consumption haha. But be prepared that you will need to get your suitcases up / down the stairs. Overall we loved this spot and definitely would book it again!

Daniela's place in Florence was the perfect balance of a quiet neighborhood and being close to the city center. The apartment was comfortable and clean and was only a 2-3min walk to the tram that takes you right to the city center of Florence where all the iconic sights and food can be reached. The apartment also had had all the necessary amenities for a few nights stay. The laundry machine and drying rack were easily available and were a much appreciated amenity. There was also a lockable, enclosed one car garage reserved for the apartment that we left our car in during our stay. The neighborhood also felt very safe and quiet even at night. Daniela was a great host who was very responsive and friendly and helpful with everything we needed. If you find yourself looking for a place outside the busy city center to stay while in Florence I highly recommend Danielas place!

This AirBnb was so charming and in a perfect location. We enjoyed some downtime in the garden area after a long day of walking. Deanna was extremely helpful and made recommendations for restaurants and sights to see. She was very communicative and helpful.

The apartment was very clean and had a nice terrace. Marcella and Matteo were wonderful hosts, I couldn’t have asked for better communication. They were proactive with helpful information and local recommendations, and quick to respond to questions. We felt very welcomed and would come again!

We cannot speak highly enough of Fabrizio’s accommodations. We made a last-minute booking after deciding to spend a few days in Florence during our journey to Rome. Fabrizio responded promptly and was able to arrange an early check-in for us on short notice. The apartment was spotless, and all amenities exceeded our expectations. Its location was ideal. Should we return to Florence, this would unquestionably be our preferred place to stay each time!

Wonderful three night stay. Apartment very clean. All amenities washer dryer in great condition. Beds very comfortable. In walking distance to sights shopping and good restaurants. Surprised to find a kitchen stocked with water juice eggs salami bread cereal to get us started. Tomasso and Francesco very attentive. Responded immediately when we needed a taxi to train station.
