The apartment is also provided with good reference books useful to plan and enjoy a stay in Venice. The Apartment is located on the quieter side of the truly Venetian Cannaregio District. The house is beside the magnificent Madonna dell' Orto Gothic church, containing cherished treasures including Tintoretto masterpieces. It is 15 minutes away from Rialto bridge. It is very easy and comfortable to reach by public transport either you arrive from Marco Polo airport or from the Train Station, with no bridge to cross with your luggage between the nearest waterbus stop and the apartment. A City stay tax of € 4,00 per day /per person ( € 2,00 for 10/16 children, excluding children up to 10) is due up to max 5 days.

vi presentiamo la nostra nuova casa ,si trova al terzo e ultimo piano e gode di una fantastica vista sui tetti di Venezia: l'appartamento è stato ultimato di restaurare nel maggio 2019 con finiture di alto livello: parquet in vero legno e aria condizionata in tutte le stanze, il grande bagno ha sia vasca che doccia e due lavabi. vi ricordiamo che verremmo personalmente ad accogliervi alla stazione ferroviaria Santa Lucia o a piazzale roma, stazione di arrivo dei bus dall'aeroporto.

La casa, è situata in una zona residenziale e centrale di Venezia, in una corte molto tranquilla, lontano dall'intenso traffico turistico. Sarete immersi nell'atmosfera Veneziana! L'approdo, letteralmente a due passi dal portone d'ingresso, renderà facilissimo arrivare all'appartamento, da qualsiasi direzione, con il water taxi. Rilassati in questo spazio tranquillo in posizione centrale.
