The porch among palm trees

Old 'alpendre' (porch) recently transformed for residential use in Santa Lucía de Tirajana. The alpendre was the house of the animals. The most valued and difficult to keep were the cows. There used to be two per property. The cows' part is now the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The goats and the donkey were housed in the other rooms that are now the bedrooms, and the current bathroom was the place where the grass was deposited for the rest of the day, as it was usually picked in the morning.

Two bedrooms for four people, a bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a living room with TV and channels in different languages. Wi-Fi, terrace, and outdoor area with barbecue, palm trees, and fruit trees. Easy access for parking. A 20-minute drive to Playa del Inglés or the northern part of the island (San Bartolomé de Tirajana, Tejeda...). It's the perfect place to rest and enjoy nature.

Romantic cave with terrace and sea views

Relax in this unique and tranquil place and enjoy romantic togetherness at sunset and a glass of wine. The spectacular view of the valley (Barranco de Anzoe) of the sea up to Mount Teide on Tenerife is hard to beat. The approximately 45 m² cave with annex is more than 100 years old and was brought back to life in the summer of 2022 and lovingly renovated as a vacation home. The comfortable amenities leave almost nothing to be desired (note: Wi-Fi available, NO TV!! ;-)

The house is a typical Canarian house with more than 200 years old, which has been restored in recent years and lovingly decorated, giving it a youthful and modern look. It maintains the original structure of the time, when the houses had rooms overlooking a courtyard. With the aim of maintaining its historical value,in each of them we have enabled the bathroom, bedroom and kitchen living room. All surrounded by an open-air patio, with hammock and lounging area.

The village has recently been nominated by “(SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN)” as the first of the seven rural wonders of Spain. With its volcanic scenery, the impressive nearby rock faces Bentaiga and Nublo, and many different varieties of subtropical plants, it benefits from a truly unique natural setting, ideal for relaxing and for many outdoor activities.

La Señorita está situada en un espacio privilegiado dentro de la Caldera de Tejeda, entre el Roque Nublo y el Roque Bentayga. Casa amplia, con tres dormitorios, dos baños y cocina- salón. La construcción data del sXIX y ha sido rehabilitada recientemente. Tiene capacidad para seis personas como máximo. La decoración y los ambientes están muy cuidados. Tiene varias terrazas y jardín. La piscina es compartida con nuestra otra casa, Casa Catina (máx 4 pax)

Casa Azul - Welcome to the chicken house

The chicken coop used to be here. But you can't see anything of it. The rock walls create a pleasant microclimate and the large windows let in a lot of light and also overlook the slope. You can relax on the terrace and after an eventful day, the rain shower awaits in the wellness oasis. By car, you can also quickly change the "chip". 15 minutes to the beach, 25 to Las Palmas and 30 to the south.

Las Lagunas country house in Tunte

The house is on the outskirts of the village of San Bartolomé de Tirajana: "Tunte". Originally it was a house and a barn for animals with the typical construction of the time in the Canarian rural areas, with thick stone walls. The house, due to its wide walls and open common spaces, is cool in summer and cozy in winter, although it has air conditioning and a wood-burning fireplace.
