The patio house is the result of a dream. Located next to the pool in the courtyard of the main house, it consists of two rooms. There is a huge dressing room in the beautiful entrance. From there, you will access an open space in which you will not find anything missing. 2 terraces for your exclusive use The pool, barbecue, solarium and patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In summer, my family may also be there, always respecting the privacy of the guests.

Casa la Vinya is our cozy house with swimming pool and sauna in which we live and rent the 2 apartments on the bottom floor. The villa is located on a sunny hill of Sant Feliu de Guixols, Costa Brava, Spain. Our unique location is within minutes walking distance of the cozy city center and the clear bays with rock and sandy beaches. New! We also rent a sauna to our guests! Final cleaning, bed linen and towels for the bathroom are included in the price.
