Holiday rentals with beach access in Santa Maria Navarrese

From the minute we booked Fabio's place he has been a first class host. Always replied to questions and has been extremely helpful both before and during our stay, nothing was too much trouble for him. The property was pristine and it is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood just 2 minutes walk to the beach with a selection of bars and restaurants to eat and drink from. We cant reccommend this property highly enough and if motorcycling is your thing it is perfectly located to explore the amazing roads and scenery Sardinia has to offer. Beautiful location right next to the beach and close walking distance of restaurants bars etc. Lovely walk into the town along the beech pathway. Great peaceful balcony to sit out on. Lovely kitchen with plenty of cooking utensils. Comfy clean beds.

We enjoyed a splendid stay in this enchanted village where the people are generous and welcoming and where the pristine natural landscape is carefully preserved. Our accommodations were exactly as described and depicted. Our hosts were outstanding, friendly, helpful, honest, and generous. We enthusiastically recommend staying at this village for this who seek a Sardinian paradise.

This was the perfect apartment for us. We have two boys aged 13 and 12 years and there was a good amount of space for us all. It is in a very peaceful residential area but close to everything. My husband and I loved sitting on the large balcony with a glass of wine, enjoying the stunning view of the sea and the mountains, with the beautiful scent from the honeysuckle blossoms below filling the air. There is a Spar supermarket just at the bottom of the hill to the left and lots of restaurants in town. Our favourite local beach - Palmasera - was a 5 min walk. It has soft tiny pebbles and lots of space. Cala Gonone was a great base for hiring a boat and exploring the Gulf D’Orosei. Do not hesitate to book here!

The absolute perfect stay for a beach vacation. The house is about a 5 minute walk to a really nice, not packed, beach. You can also walk into town in about 10 minutes with lots of restaurants and grocery stores. The home itself was gorgeous, great bathroom, wonderful kitchen, and lots of shades if you want to sleep in. The view from the living room was breathtaking. One of the best stays I have ever been to!

We were very happy with this place. The view is fantastic, you can quickly walk to the sea. Ideal with small children. The outdoor area is very nice, the bay is fantastic. The mosquito nets ensure a relaxed sleep :) the host was always quickly reachable

We stayed here for a couple of weeks climbing in the area, the location is perfect, walking distance to the sea, supermarket and restaurants. Beautiful walking routes and a short drive to spectacular climbing. We were here in November so it was quiet and peaceful which was perfect for us, I’d imagine the summer is a tad busier! The apartment was spacious, great balcony facing the sea, adequate kitchen utensils, and fairly comfy. Would definitely stay again!

The apartment was very clean and had everything you need. The kitchen is very well equipped. You just have to walk across the street and you're on the beach. We had a wonderful time there!

We had a great time and would go again. The cottage was a wonderful size for two, another bed would have to be pulled out in the living room/kitchen. At the end of April the weather was already very good and we were lucky that the pool was already open. There were few other vacationers in the surrounding houses and therefore it was nice and quiet. Since the houses are quite close to each other and the pool is close, I think it gets a little livelier and louder in the high season. The house is located on a mountain, you can walk well to the beach, but it is already very steep. I wouldn't push up a full stroller. Fiamma was always available, gave us a great excursion tip and responded immediately when we suddenly ran out of water. Thanks again ☺️

To welcome homemade cake, water and a bottle of wine. An extensive beach in front of the door (5 min), sea view and beautiful red mountains. At the entrance of a wonderful hiking area! Facing south, with large covered terrace. We ended the evenings at the pizza oven. Mario and Silvia kept asking if everything liked. We thoroughly enjoyed the time. If you are looking for tourist crowds, you certainly have to look elsewhere. 👍👍👍

Dorgali, Sardania. What an amazing area of to visit having alot to offer. Having a wonderful host and place to stay made this even better. Alessandro's apparent is located just on the outskirts Dorgali giving you a full view and feel of the country side, but only minutes away to everything, by foot or car. The apartment was super clean, very well appointed and had all the required amenities for our week stay. Noting we could have stayed longer as we felt right at home. We can only qualify Alessandro as a superhost, very nice and personable. He took the time to meet with us, toured the premises inside and out to ensure we knew where everything was. Alessandro also gave us the low down on places to see, visit and great restaurants to go to. Thank you Alessandro it was a great vacation. Best Regards!!!

Very nice house right by the sea, where you can also have a good time with two small children. On the beach in our time a lot of seaweed, but very private, there were hardly any other people there. The house is a bit more simply furnished, but you actually have everything you need. Thank you for the good time!

Franca is a really endearing and very attentive person. The apartment and the superb balcony overlooking the sea allow you to watch spectacular sunrises. The bougainvillea in bloom, the lemon trees overflowing with ripe fruit (from May), the song of countless varieties of birds, the turquoise sea, the fine sandy beach, the huge rocky massif in the background make this apartment a little gem. Although located in an extremely quiet location, at the end of a small road, the Zinnibiri Mannu site is close to excellent restaurants. The pace of life of the people of this region and their kindness is perhaps what is most remarkable and pleasant. It is not surprising that the village of Tertenia has so many centenarians: the Sardinians know how to appreciate life and take the time to live it. Long live Franca, Adriana, and Ariana. Everything was perfect, home as described, comfortable and functional. Very nice terrace.

A beautiful holiday home with a great terrace and "TOP" amenities. Listing the individual amenities would be too much here, we can only say that it is above average, nothing was missing. We felt very comfortable. To the beach it's about a 5-minute walk to the beach. A good pizzeria and a beach restaurant can also be reached on foot in about 10 to 15 minutes. We would like to thank you again for the good care and information!

We had a lovely stay in Anna‘s place! The view from the balcony was a pleasure to wake up to every morning and the proximity to the very charming beach nearby was perfect. Tortolì itself was the perfect base for us on the east coast and made for a very relaxing trip. Anna was friendly, responsive and understanding when a missed turn led to us arriving later than planned. We would recommend Anna‘s place to others!

For people who prefer cosy, not-too-touristy towns, just large enough to have a few restaurants and a supermarket, Santa Maria Navarrese is a terrific choice, and Claudia's apartment, located at the end of a quiet side street and a five minute walk from the town center, the perfect match. Great view from the spacious balcony, stylish furnishings, and a bedroom located in the back which stayed cool even in very warm weather. We never used the air conditioning. We made use of both the spectacular coastal walking trail and the beach, both within walking distance. Claudia was a super responsive host, allowing us to change both our check-in and check-out times. Very highly recommended!

New, modern apartment, good shower and comfy bed. Loved having the balcony and appreciated having a cool bag provided. Cala Gonone is a lovely spot to explore the coast. We also hiked to the canyon at Gorropu . Some earlier comments said that check in was tricky but Margarita gave us very clear instructions with photos which were easy to follow. Parking was easy near the apartment

Amazing location and unit. Unit has everything needed for a long stay and is very clean. Had an awesome time. The only thing was that the internet is very slow. They use a tether box and it's 4g limited so we only got ~10mbps down and 7mbps up. It also seemed to throttle the speeds after ~5gb a day. We ended up just tethering our phones the whole time which worked well since we had 4 bars of 5g from the balcony but was expensive since we have US sim cards.

The accommodation is very nice and well-kept. Very well equipped and perfect in all its spaces including the parking for the car. Very bright with a beautiful terrace that unfortunately, given the rain we could use little! Highly recommended

Beautiful place that is decorated with a lot of love for detail. The view is a dream! Top communication with the hosts, who are very attentive and take care of all concerns very quickly. We will be happy to come back!

We felt super comfortable in Federica's accommodation. The house and its furnishings are a dream! The location is perfect, especially the view of the beach Cala Moresca is always worth it (also for the sunrise). Outside, you are visited by sweet cats and early in the morning, there were even a few grumpy sheep in front of our door. There was always a parking space available, supermarkets, restaurants and the like are easily accessible by car. We would always come back! 😊

We were very pleased. The place was as described and as shown on the pictures. The small balcony with sea view was wonderful. The location is great, you can quickly get to the city and with a rental car you can easily explore the beautiful beaches in the area. Daniela gave us many useful tips, including where to eat well. We think the price/performance ratio is great. Of course, you can't expect luxury accommodation here.
