La mia casa sul mare, con accesso diretto e privato alla spiaggia di San Giovanni, è vicinissima al centro del paese, alla spiaggia centrale di Santa Maria, adue passi dal porto turistico. L'appartamento a disposizione degli ospiti si trova al piano terra ed è composto da un ampio soggiorno con angolo cottura e divano letto che si affaccia su una grande terrazza vista mare, una camera da letto matrimoniale con vista sul mare, una camera a due letti con vista sul giardino ed il bagno con doccia.

La casa è perfetta per ogni stagione, nei mesi estivi per la sua vicinanza al mare e per la sua vista meravigliosa, per nuotare e prendere il sole, in autunno e inverno, per le escursioni, l'arrampicata e le visite archeologiche. Buon cibo e ottimo vino rallegreranno la permanenza in qualsiasi stagione. L'aria condizionata è in ogni stanza da letto e il soggiorno ha una bella stufa a pellets. Our apartment is 200 meters from the beach and is a great solution for families with children. Equipped with air conditioning, it has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living area with kitchen, dining/living room with a comfortable sofa bed and 1 panoramic terrace. It is in the center of the village but in a quiet area, close to a beautiful public garden where there are ancient olive trees and games for children. There are several shops, a pharmacy and restaurants nearby.

Hello, our apartment "In Calada" in Cala Moresca was built by my grandfather and my father in the 1970s and it has recently been completely renovated in 2017. The apartment offers an incredible view of Arbatax, the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains of Supramonte di Urzulei.
