"Mowita" a seaside flat with stunning sea view

At 10 mts from the beach, on the pedestrian seafront, “Mowita” flat has a stunning view on the sea. A little corner of paradise close to everything and at few steps from the sea... just relax and have the song of waves for lullaby! Free parking spots at 1 min walking, train station at 5 min walk (direct shuttle to the cruise ships) and the port at 10 min walk. Restaurants and bars are just downstairs but if you like something really special, try our Cooking Class or our Italian Family Dinner !

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

We welcome you to our apartment in the center of Santa Marinella, equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi and a large garden in which to relax. The house is located 5 minutes from the main beach, all services and the train station from which you can easily reach Rome but also the castle of Santa Severa and Pisa. Just 15 minutes away is Civitavecchia, with its famous Terme della Ficoncella and important for those who travel by ship given the presence of the port.

Quiet and residential neighbourood in Santa Marinella close to the sea. The nearest beach is 350 metres far. Rome is 60 Km away, and is easy to reach by train. The Santa Marinella station is 700 metres far from the studio, and the fastest trains bring you very close to the Vatican in 35 minutes, and to the centre of Rome in 45 minutes.

Complete the structure a wonderful terrace overlooking the sea, partly covered, ideal for your dinner, evenings with friends, to sunbathe, or to look at the stars.

Open space composed of a double bedroom, small living room with sofa bed, bathroom, kitchen and a 120 m2 terrace with a splendid view of the sea and the city. It is located a few steps from the railway station and is about 300 meters from the port. The apartment is not accessible to people with mobility difficulties, the building has a lift up to the 12th floor, the 13th floor is accessible only by stairs.

La Conchiglia "Caccia e Riserva" area

Annex of about 65 sqm single level on the ground floor consisting of a bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds (both with air conditioning), a bathroom and a kitchen equipped with dishes. Bed linens and towels included. Guests will have access to a garden with a shared access driveway, equipped with a barbecue, table and a parking space. It is only 150 meters from the main beach of Santa Marinella, the "Passeggiata", and a short walk from all amenities.
