Escape to our stylish, modern and unique apartment with views of the jungle and the Pacific ocean. The building consists of 3 stories with 4 apartments. This 1st floor unit has 1bed/1bth with a king size bed, fully equipped open kitchen to the living room, and large balcony where you can relax and watch the sunset most of the year. Accessible only by 4x4 vehicle. In the common area you will find the pool and deck with umbrellas and comfortable lounge chairs, Hermosa beach is +- 8 minutes drive.

Guests also enjoy access to a shared pool. A 4x4 is a must, especially during the rainy season, to access the property safely.

All the conveniences of town with great shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment includes, air conditioning, fast fiber optic wifi, backup Starlink, hot water shower, smart tv, fully equipped kitchen and secure on-site parking. There is also a large, shared saltwater pool for all guests to enjoy. Adults only (18+), not suitable for children.

Villa Amapola-Villas Solar, Walk to Beach/Surf

Villa Amapola is 1 of 4 villas onsite. With 2 bedrooms and a queen sized bed in one room and a queen and single bed in the other, it sleeps up to 5 comfy. Full kitchen, living room, tv, ac, wifi, balcony and back deck with hammock and beautiful view. Just a few min walk to the best surf. We have 2 internet service providers on the property with 200 mgs of wifi each, all routers backed up with batteries for potential outages. We are pet friendly and offer laundry service for a fee

Lovely studio - Great food & surf on the doorstep!

Beautifully appointed Studio in perfect location on the main road. Short walk to beach & surf and many restaurants close by. Ronnie's supermarket is just a short walk along the road. There are 4 other apartments on the same property as Ginger. Ginger is private from the other apartments. There is a main gate in to the property and another gate leading to Ginger. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. The space is ideal for 2 adults but there is a small sofa bed for a kid.

Montezuma Heights Colibri cottage

If this unit is booked please look at our other units "Montezuma Heights'(Mariposa, Buho, Geco and Art house). All have their own beauty!!There are not many places left like this , please enjoy it. Feel the breeze end enjoy the amazing view 300 ft. above the pacific ocean. At night you can see perfectly the stars. The cottage is made with antics what gives it his unique warm touch, no tree had to be cut to make it. The property was completely reforested in the last 30 years.

Ocean apartment is a modern and spacious one-bedroom apartment with an amazing ocean view, it is located just 5 minutes walking distance from LaLora beach (best surf spot in town) restaurants and shops. Also you can enjoy the shared pool in the complex. The apartment is part of “Ocean apartments complex” and situated on the second level (To get to the apartment you have to go up the stairs). The complex is located on a very steep road and 4x4 is necessary
