great experience in spring. Beachfront house with beautiful views. We had a great time, outside there is a large table that allows you to eat outdoors enjoying a priceless view. The only downside is the house is a little dark, but wanting to be outdoors as much as possible was not a problem at all! Recommended!

When you arrive at the house, Giuseppe welcomes you with open arms, he puts you at ease and it's your home. That's what's called being attentive. If anything is missing, it's immediately solved. Spending time there is like being hosted by friends. The apartment is in the basement, it stays cool and the terrace offers breathtaking views with the cherry on top being the opportunity to see and observe drains. Wonderful. The apartment in addition to being practical, functional is well decorated and extremely clean. I'll come back tomorrow if I could! Thanks to Giuseppe and his lovely wife, adorable too!!!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment, everything was available (and many more little things) that made our stay extremely pleasant. We were delighted with the fresh fruit, the drinks in the fridge and the snacks. We did not expect that and it was a successful start to the holiday. The check in/out was super easy. From the apartment, we had a wonderful view of the sea and we sat on the covered terrace for breakfast and in the evening. The beautiful beach is about 15 minutes' walk away. There is a steep staircase to take a shortcut. You can also park there by car, but with a fee. We can highly recommend the apartment. Many thanks to Anna and Alessandro for the loving hospitality.

Pier Paolo's blue house is surrounded by greenery, you can enjoy the silence and surprise company of several wild animals such as deer, ferrets and birds of prey. The house is comfortable and well organized, the patio behind furnished with comfortable living room and sun loungers, overlooks the hill and offers a relaxing view. There is also a large outdoor space and an oven where you can enjoy a roast together. Everything is super clean and welcoming. Pier Paolo is a kind, friendly and helpful host. We will keep a beautiful memory of this unfortunately short stay. Highly recommended for those looking for a quiet place and beautiful beaches.
