The tiny house is located in our backyard in a small town, Moncks Corner, South Carolina. As you enter the house, you will notice that it is small but it has everything you will need to enjoy your stay! A kitchen to cook in, a table to eat or work at, a nice place to shower and sleep - all in the same room. It is small yet very comfortable and welcoming! We operate off of well water. If you are not used to well water, the smell can sometimes be surprising. Please note: the water is safe.

This romantic cabin located on our small farm just outside of town in the country offers a history all its own. Lo was Billy’s nickname for Lorene Ella. Lo & Billy got married in the 1950s and lived here. Renovated after meeting Lo and hearing her stories. We pay homage to the rich history of Georgetown and the Southerners that have called Lo & Billy’s Place home. Heavy on coziness & design. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located cottage on Lake Moultrie in Moncks Corner SC, right outside of Charleston. Bring your boat and launch off of our dock, easy in and out access to the big lake. Our home sleeps 6 on our King bed, 2 twins and a pull out couch. Recently renovated, all the modern luxuries are provided. There is a fire pit to enjoy while you grill on our charcoal grill. Eat outside, enjoy the view!
