The Boat Shed

This can be your quiet getaway at the duck farm as you relax in the Boat Shed beside the pond. You will have the entire house to yourself complete with kitchen, living space, bedroom, full bath with shower. There is a loft on each end of the tiny house best suited for children and teens. The front porch faces the pond with four acres & ducks. Canoes are available fully equipped with life jackets and paddles. Swimming is allowed with adult supervision, including a rope swing and zip line.

This place is truly a retreat- a 3 bedroom house on the beautiful Black River in Georgetown. Four kayaks provided, swim or fish off the dock just a few steps from the house.

Located less than 45 min from downtown Summerville, 40 min from I-20, 1 hr from Downtown Charleston, and 25 min from I-95. We are a livestock property and for the safety of our animals we only allow 1 pet per reservation with a strict leash policy.

Lo & Billy got married in the 1950s and lived here. Renovated after meeting Lo and hearing her stories. We are located 15 minutes from the hearts of Cane Bay, Nexton and Exit 194 on I-26, and 45 minutes from Downtown Charleston. Two can sleep in the queen size bed and one can sleep on the couch.
