The house is the ideal solution for a couple with or without children who, thanks to the double bathrooms and the double sofa bed in the living room, can find a comfortable accommodation. The house is accessible via a short flight of about ten steps. I live a few steps from Alice's House and am available for any request or information. From Fezzano, via La Spezia, the Cinque Terre, Lerici and the other towns of the Gulf of Poets are easily reachable by car or public transport. A few highway exits away on the A12 highway you can reach Sarzana, Forte dei Marmi and Versilia, Portofino. A parking garage has recently been built in the village with about 100 paid parking spaces (daily rate €10.00). A private garage adjacent to Alice's House is available at the usual price. La nostra casetta di campagna, raggiungibile tramite una strada sterrata non illuminata, lunga circa 1 Km, è circondata da un oliveto e da boschi, dista un paio di chilometri dall'autostrada (A12 e A15, Pisa a 60 Km, Firenze a 140 Km, Genova a 100 Km), dalla stazione ferroviaria di S. Stefano di Magra (le Cinque Terre sono raggiungibili con il treno in 45/60 minuti) e dal percorso della via Francigena (http://www.viefrancigene.org/it/llmap/?layer=poi.201&id=2040). Il mare è a 15 km dalla casa.

It is on one level with a large outdoor space dedicated to our guests equipped with an oven and barbecue for pleasant outdoor lunches and dinners. Its interior consists of a large living room with fireplace, sofa bed and large window, a double bedroom, a large bathroom with shower, a closet and a small but well-equipped kitchen.
