Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Sao Paulo Metropolitan Area

We went as 7 people, we stayed a week and spent very pleasant days, even with cold and some rainy days we enjoyed the stay a lot, it has a very good indoor space, a very comfortable large TV room and a great kitchen and barbecue. For those who go with pets, it's also really nice because the house is all fenced in, and my dog loved being able to run around the grassy outside area. Host Rodrigo is also very attentive and responds super fast.

We love the house, a getaway in the middle of São Paulo and at the same time close to everything. We were super well served by Paulo and well served by Ci, who left the house prepared to receive us, super solicitous and attentive. The house is cozy and it is possible to feel a care in every detail. We live valuable moments, among friends/family, from playing the piano and singing together, to cooking and talking while we were preparing dinner... and that certainly the house, this unique environment, the way each space presents itself, was super important for this to happen in such a special way. A beautiful house, which embraces :) Thank you, we'll be back when we can!

An excellent choice! The house is even more beautiful than in the photos — the care is felt in every detail. Everything was impeccably clean and extremely well cared for. Super-equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable and practical stay. The location is also excellent: close to the beach and great restaurants, with super easy access. The host was amazing: super attentive, quick to respond and always willing to help. It was a wonderful and very peaceful experience from start to finish. I would definitely return and recommend with my eyes closed!

Chris was an incredible host. Communicating every step of the way and even going out of her way to assist in finding me an accessory I forgot to bring with me. She made the trip stress free and was very responsive to all my questions! I would rent from Chris again without hesitation!!!

Beautiful apartment, with an amazing renovation, super functional. The perfect location with everything nearby, bakeries, market, pharmacy, restaurants, shops, Ibirapuera Park on foot! Wonderful Place, a beautiful view and the incredible energy, when you enter the apartment there is already a thousand cool and different things to enjoy the space, regardless of the climate outside the landscape is beautiful and the possibilities to enjoy the space are innumerable. The super helpful and attentive owners as well as the employees who were super gentle helping me with the suitcases, I'm sure to come back again and recompense to everyone!!

Second time staying at this place. Great location, near the airport. Clear communication with hosts. I would like to highlight the parking space, which I think is a good differential. I recommend it!

Our stay was great. The apartment is very cozy, very clean and organized. We were late in arriving, but José Roberto, very friendly, was ready to welcome and guide us. Very comfortable beds. We liked it a lot.

The apartment is excellent, well-equipped, super clean and well-decorated. I loved staying there… the garage is excellent and in the surroundings we have access to restaurants, produce and shopping.

Large house, well equipped and with great leisure options for the family — swimming pool, heated jacuzzi, soccer field and is still pet friendly! We celebrated my mother's birthday on one of the days, with a slightly larger number of people previously aligned with the host, who was always very attentive. The stay was excellent and super comfortable for everyone!

The description was accurate. We came with 14 guests, and it fit us perfectly. We understood the aesthetic would be rustic, and the wood features stood out well. The pool area is an ideal spot for gatherings. The spa and pool could have been better prepared for use. We recommend updating some of the bare essentials, such as cookware, dishes, and bedding. If you use the space during colder seasons, heating options should be added to the rooms.

The house was exactly as in the photos, in a very quiet, peaceful place. Ideal for resting. It was super clean, with bedding and towel options available, making it very practical. The house had utensils for everything we needed and appliances too! The view was beautiful and the house functional! The hosts were helpful and the communication was very good! We loved the house! Our stay was great! Spacious, comfortable and organized house! All of us mainly children love heated pool! Full kitchen we don't miss anything at all! The biggest differentials of the house are: ice machine, potable filtered water (no need to buy mineral water is very good) heated pool and beach service with the tent assembly! We missed some more beach chairs to be made available, but it went well because we used the chairs of the beach stalls! There are so many “attractions” in the house like videoke, ping pong table, slide in the pool that there was no time to enjoy everything! Tv didn't even have time to call! Dayane is a great host, responds quickly by being very polite always, gave great tips and suggestions for everything! We will definitely return more often!

It was a great stay, the space is perfect for the family with children, who had super fun and enjoyed it from start to finish. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The layout of the house is a delight. The whole thing works and justifies the photos of the ad. Nos Attended super well.
