Vanda's apartment is excellent, better than in the photos. It is quite spacious and well divided. The condominium is excellent, with a mini market, top gym and swimming pool. The tower of Vanda's apartment is the first one, with three elevators, a quiet neighborhood and a super helpful concierge. The space itself was extremely clean and organized. All necessary utensils and working perfectly. Easy check-in and check-out instructions. Super near the subway. Anyway, I recommend it and I'll stay more often. Great cost x benefit.

Very comfortable apartment, exactly as in the photos and as described. Good location. We had a small problem with the internet but the host was very attentive and responded quickly.

The house has a wonderful balcony. Everything is very clean. And Maria Fernanda responds super fast and is super attentive. The only thing was that the 2 pools were under maintenance. The heated one and the one on the 27th floor. I was sad I didn't use them. I couldn't connect the Netflix and YouTube channels to the TV in the house. Other great things! I'd come back again! Close to the airport, too! (Maximum 15 min!)

Wonderful accommodation, very comfortable! The location is great. Close to markets, restaurants, and very close to the República subway station. You can also walk to 25 de Março. The place is also heavily policed. Very quiet. Jefferson is very attentive, he was super flexible at check-in... Anyway, everything was wonderful. Just gratitude

We went as 7 people, we stayed a week and spent very pleasant days, even with cold and some rainy days we enjoyed the stay a lot, it has a very good indoor space, a very comfortable large TV room and a great kitchen and barbecue. For those who go with pets, it's also really nice because the house is all fenced in, and my dog loved being able to run around the grassy outside area. Host Rodrigo is also very attentive and responds super fast.

We loved the house, we went in the cold of June and the shared sauna and bathtub saved us a lot, lol. The house is very good, cozy, clean. I recommend it and want to come back more often 🥰

Tomás is an excellent host, responds quickly and kindly, and provides useful information and tips to enjoy the place. The sun house is rustic in style but very comfortable. Spacious bedrooms, living room and kitchen. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable, and you can see Tomás' care in choosing bed linen and blankets. To be perfect in my opinion, it would be to put a box in the bathroom with a gas shower and some more kitchen utensils. But nothing that has hindered us. The staff is helpful and discreet. It is worth it for those who are looking for silence, rest and contact with nature.

Rodrigo is a great host! Super nice people, attentive and flexible! The house is wonderful: very clean, organized and comfortable, exactly as in the photos. We had a great stay. The only observation is in relation to the parking space, which is on a very steep slope, so it is good to have some skill to park. Everything else is perfect! I highly recommend it!

Felipe gave us very complete and organized instructions from the moment we made the reservation. During the stay, he and Elton were very helpful and responded to messages super fast - they even lent us a coffee filter and flour that we forgot to bring hahaha The house is wonderful, very well maintained and clean - super well-equipped kitchen and plenty of blankets for the cold days we faced. The garden is impeccable, all well thought out and planned for moments of rest and contemplation. The waterfall near the house is also wonderful and easily accessible. We had a blast lighting the fire Elton prepared for us! Finally, the house dogs, who kept our Caramela company every day, were very docile and pleasant. I highly recommend it for those looking for days of rest in a beautiful place like this! Thank you Felipe and Elton!

The space is cute, very cozy. The building is very quiet. I hope to come back again and again. Communication with the Host was excellent from start to finish. I was greeted by Antonia, Cortez's wife, she is so cute and friendly, she welcomed me very well, showed me the building and the apartment and explained everything very well. Apartment as in the photos, very good, met our needs for 5 adults and two children. Marcos is very attentive.

Spacious apartment and, although integrated, it has well-separated environments, kitchen, living room/TV, large bed and a balcony that has a small table for up to 4 people and a desk with a comfortable work chair. The hosts left some treats that, in addition to showing attention and care for the guest, make all the difference for those who arrive tired and with a busy routine. The apartment has a 25-meter heated pool on the ground floor, with a gym and sauna, and another smaller pool on the rooftop with an excellent view. The highlight of the location is the proximity (5 min walk) to the Morumbi and Market Place malls.

The stay in Roseli's apartment was sensational. Impeccable, organized and exactly as advertised, in addition to having everything we needed - kitchen items, living room, comfortable bedroom and a very calm environment. I had an outstanding stay at Bia's loft. The kitchen is fully equipped, the rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are great! The property exceeded all of my expectations.
