Holiday rentals with a kayak in Sarasota County

Our family had a wonderful stay at the turtles nest. It is in a peaceful community and has a wonderful pool area. It’s was comfortable and accommodating for the six of us . The house was clean and had everything we needed to stay in and cook a few nights . We loved visiting the many beaches that are not very far away. The Shamrock Park was nice to walk to and around . Kindra was very informative and had directions and expectations laid out. We will definitely be back when we’re in the area.

We just loved this place. It was as advertised and more. The house was well stocked with the essentials and more. Ample supplies of TP, Tissues, Paper towels soaps linens, dish & clothes washing supplies etc. The kitchen was very well equipped with all the applainces, coffee maker, mixers, etc. Plastic wrap, bags, foil etc. as well as a nice selection of spices, oils & vinegars ( something you do not see in most rentals.) The beach supplies were in great shape. We used the kayaks several times as well as the bikes. There were bike tools, a tire pump, dog walking buggy - all in great shape . The location was terrific in a nice neighborhood with lost of old growth live oaks & easy access to the beaches & restaurants. Couldn't be happier with our stay. Would rent again. Michael's home was beautiful! It was exceptionally quiet, perfect for sleeping. The kitchen is spotless, well stocked, very organized and inviting to use. My favorite space was the lanai. We enjoyed the outdoor space for coffee each morning, and a glass of wine in the evening. Neighborhood is safe, friendly, walkable, with beautiful sunsets by the water down the street. Michael was very helpful and immediately responsive when we had some travel issues due to weather.

This place is amazing!!! Jay (the host) was super responsive and helpful. The house is gorgeous with all of the amenities you could want including kayaks, fishing poles (there's a lake in your backyard), towels, beach chairs, coolers, etc. The house is in a gated community with a beautiful zero entry infinity pool (heated) that my boys really enjoyed. There's 3 bedrooms with plenty of space for a large family. I really can't say enough about this house. We will be back next year!

Lovely house in Port Charlotte right on a canal with easy access to the harbor. The house was comfortable and spacious for my parents, myself, my husband and our two children. The pictures don't quite capture how clean and updated the house is. The pool area is absolutely perfect, we hung out there every day and spent hours in the pool. There were so many extras provided that we started saying, "if they don't have it here, we don't need it". Snacks and drinks were provided for us, which was just really nice and greatly appreciated. We used the boat almost every day and also fished right off the dock. If we choose to stay in Port Charlotte again we would definitely stay here. Providing a house with a boat included is maybe the best idea I have ever heard. The only bad part was having to leave.

Place was very comfortable and matched the photos and description. Very quiet neighborhood and it was close to shopping and some good restaurants. The only snafu was getting in. We didn’t get the door code in the email and had to call them for help. They were super responsive and we were inside in a few minutes. The rest of the week was fantastic and the property had everything we could want. I definitely recommend staying here.

We had a great time on our vacation. Beata was very easy to get a hold of it all times and helped us with everything we needed. We really enjoyed ourselves. I would recommend it to anyone that asked me.

Great place. Clean and quiet and perfect for what I needed. Had a back patio and grill, and spacious living room. It was a bit difficult to find the exact cottage. Location was perfect. Barb is responsive and kind. Bring quarters for the laundry in case you need to do laundry in the on-site laundry room, as the app didn't work. I would definitely stay again.

Absolutely fantastic stay! This Airbnb is a gem, located just 8 minutes away from the beach, making it incredibly convenient for beach lovers. The cleanliness of the place is impeccable – it was super duper clean and well-maintained. The hosts have thought of everything you could possibly need during your stay. From a fully stocked kitchen to cozy linens and even beach gear, they've got it all covered. The attention to detail and thoughtful amenities truly made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway!

Place was as described and photos accurate. Enjoyed sitting on the dock watching the fish swim around the dock light. Would definitely stay again. Clean and well laid out for family. They thought of small details. Thank you!

Evan was very helpful and answered all of our questions leading up to and during our stay. Their intercoastal beach cottage was exactly as advertised. It was perfect for our party of 6 adults along with our 3.5-year-old grandson and 1 year old granddaughter. Plenty of room in the kitchen / common area and the screened porch was terrific. Great multi-generation spot to hangout and very easy access to the beach.
