We had a great stay at Terrys place. Everything was exactly as stated in the description. Bathroom was very clean and amazing shower! We loved using the pool and spending time in the garden. Terry had big booklets of recommendations which were super helpful and left us a lovely welcome package of food and drinks which was a lovely touch. The location was perfect, very quiet but also close to the beach and everything we needed.

Stayed here with Valerie as our host for mine and my husband’s anniversary. Valerie was an absolutely wonderful host, very responsive and helpful! The place was very clean, cozy, and overall just a 10/10 stay combined. If we end up coming back to Sarasota we will absolutely have to book here!! 🩷

I was so thrilled to get back to this location and Maria’s airbnb. It is a perfect spot for me to be near the best beach in USA for a great price and accommodations were so comfortable and beautiful. There is a free shuttle to the beach called the Frog hop you can call ! I felt so comfortable at this place I want to call it home!!I definitely want to come back for my next stay ! What stood out to the most was how clean Soryvette’s listing was. The pictures are very accurate. It was comfortable for two people and in a centric location.

Great experience staying at Jorge’s place. It had everything we needed for our short stay. Perfect for a couple or couple with young child. It was well stocked with towels, sheets, pillows and kitchen had everything we needed. Centrally located to all the beaches where you’ll find the most shark teeth.

This place is just as described in the review we really only slept at night but it was fairly quiet considering it’s connected to the house. Overall a great stay.

The unit was spotless and beautifully maintained (cozy, welcoming, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed to feel right at home). The host was incredibly responsive and communicative, with clear and detailed check-in and check-out instructions. The temperature inside was just right, the extra blankets were soft and plush, and the water pressure and temperature in the shower were perfect. I also appreciated the curated reading materials (such a personal and meaningful touch that reflected the host’s values). The location couldn’t have been better, just 5 minutes from the beach and no more than 10–15 minutes from nearly everything we wanted to do. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great place would absolutely stay again! Easy to get to very safe location, hosts were so helpful! Place was setup great had everything I needed to cook/ and clean up. Comfortable bed. Nice large shower and closet to hang clothing if needed.

Great place to stay. Everything was as expected and easy. Uber rides arrived super quick and took only minutes to get around town. Saved a bunch of money compared to hotels as well. Very peaceful area and quiet inside the unit - no noisy people around either! I would stay here again.

This was a nice little place. The owners were very responsive. The neighborhood is on a quiet road. They are not far from the UTC mall and all of those amenities. Overall, a great experience! I'll check them out again if I need a place to stay in Sarasota.

Loved that everything was brand new. It is in a quiet area but only a mile or less from the Tamiami Trail main road. You can sit on the back deck and no other houses are looking at you. There is a screened in area and an area outside the screen if you want to lay out in the sun. I went to Nokomis Beach three times. It is only around 20 min to get there. Also make sure to visit Wellen Park in the evening for dinner and Sunday morning for the farmers market. The owner responded to me very quickly when I messaged him. I hope the unit is open the next time I visit!

Everything was perfect! Communication was great. The bed was comfortable. The space was perfect for 2 people. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, towels, beach mat, and cooler were in the Airbnb and we used them every day. Easy drive to the beach and restaurants. We had a late flight on our departure day, and Rob and Jodie let us check out later so we could enjoy the beach and use of the beach supplies on our last day. Appreciated that tremendously! Would love to come back and stay again sometime. Great space and great hosts!

What an absolute fabulous find! This place is very spacious, loaded with amenities, has lovely furniture-extremely comfy beds. I appreciated the additional ac in one bedroom. The shower is great, plenty of hot water. It's on a quiet, out of the way, but easily accessible, dead end street, which I loved. Short distance to whatever you may need. Deb was so sweet, offering advice on beaches, fishing etc and very responsive. There's a neat canal in back, fun to watch wildlife, as well as a gas grill. These type abnb are hard to find. I honestly wished I'd booked my entire trip here. Definitely one of the very best, highly recommend!! THANK YOU FOR AN AWESOME STAY!

I would definitely stay here again. It was the perfect quiet place to return to after a busy day shuttling youth rowers. Everything was as pictured and the host was easy to communicate with.

Great little Airbnb - perfect for what we needed for a long weekend in Sarasota. The suite was spotless, easy to get to, and in a great location with excellent restaurant options within walking distance.

Have been to Sarasota several times but this trip was absolutely the best with our stay at this peaceful home.
