We had a fabulous stay! The location is perfect. The condo was spotless and nicely decorated. We had absolutely everything we needed. The private beach was clean and not crowded. Chairs were readily available. The location is great. There was an unexpected issue when we first arrived, but Amy was incredibly responsive and supportive, checking in regularly to make sure we were okay and comfortable. Her excellent communication and customer service was exceptional. Once everything was settled, we were able to fully enjoy the space and the beautiful surroundings. Can't wait to go back. We would definitely recommend booking this property.

The rental was very clean and had everything we needed. Kitchen was well equipped and the grill was a plus! Our toddler loved the pool and all the beach toys! We enjoyed the location and quick access to the beach and restaurants. Will definitely consider staying again!

We had the most wonderful 5 days here. House and pool were amazing. Heated outdoor shower was great for after the beach. Beach is less than a 5minute walk away. We walked there several times at sunset and got beautiful photos. restaurants and shopping near by. we will definitely be back!

Book this immediately! This house is a beautiful, peaceful, tropical oasis that is close to the beach and restaurants. After a day at the beach, the private pool is a great escape. Claudia was very responsive and kind, she answered any questions we had. We were provided with a great starter pack of house items so we could start relaxing right away!

We were so grateful to have such a beautiful place to stay at for our vacation week. Great location! Great building! Privacy was pristine! Accommodations were wonderful! There were 9 of us and we all enjoyed our own space and ease of getting somewhere when we wanted to. Loved it all!

Excellent place to stay, plan to stay again! Traveling with two young kids (2 & 6) finding a place you can relax at isn’t always easy. This place was perfect- the screened back porch gives a barrier between the house and pool, the pool is perfect for kids and they loved the putting green a lot with the variety of pool toys, beach toys, all the things. The house is beautiful and we felt right at home with plenty of space for everyone. The location is a very short walk to the beach, a little further to the Village but still walkable. 10/10!

This home provided my family with a wonderful vacation. It comfortably slept all 8 of us. Our favorite aspects were the kitchen and large dining areas that allowed us to enjoy meals together outside and take in the beach front views. We loved how our backyard was the beach which made enjoying beach days so relaxing. Elizabeth was responsive when needed. I hope to stay here again.

We absolutely loved the proximity to the ocean, plus the amenities such as the communal pool and resource building were great. The bikes were a little rough, but they got us around just fine. The fountains were beautiful and made for great photo locations. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. The house was very easy to keep clean. Great location close to restaurants and bait shop and very comfy beds! Make sure to reserve a golf cart at Venice Buggies!

Wow! Josh’s home is just as pictured and well appointed. The home was very clean and comfortable for my family to relax and enjoy our vacation. Josh shared recommendations for places to shop and dine (which were great)! He’s extremely responsive and made checking in and out a breeze! If you’re looking for a place close to the beach, airport and shopping look no further. We will certainly rent this home again for future stays.

We loved our recent stay here! We had a bit of a challenge with lots of rainy weather so having a BEAUTIFUL backyard with synthetic grass and an amazing pool SAVED THE DAY(S). We ran outside with every break in the weather and the kids stayed as happy as can be. The home not only looked clean, but FELT clean and the decor was tasteful and didn’t feel overly beach kitschy- as we’ve run into before. Hoping to be back next year!

We had an amazing stay! We had a family of 8 and the house was perfect for all of us. The house was absolutely beautiful! It was super clean. We spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub. The outdoor table also has a fire pit which was perfect at night. There were lots of amenities provided. There’s plenty of beach supplies/ extra towels. The house was filled with lots of stuff we didn’t have to pack, because it was already there. The beach is super close, about 10 minutes away, which was a bonus. Ashley has been wonderful! She’s super responsive and even allowed us to check in an hour early. We have a great vacation! We couldn’t recommend this place more! The perfect family vacation home.

We had such an incredible time staying at this property! It has everything! Plenty to do even on rainy days. Can’t say enough about it. We had 8 adults and a baby and king beds for everyone which is hard to find. So private in the back yard and unique!

Casablanca exceeded my expectations. The house is much larger than it looks in the photos, with a large and well-equipped kitchen. The house is very cozy and comfortable, and I can't forget to mention how clean the house is. Matthew was super nice and responded to my messages promptly. I have no complaints about the house, and I would definitely rent it again. The outdoor area is very nice, and we had great family moments there, enjoying the pool and having a barbecue. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. The garage has everything you need for a peaceful day at the beach, from chairs and coolers, to even tents if necessary. The location is very good, with stores and supermarkets very close by. It took us about 12-15 minutes to get to Siesta Key. Anyway, I definitely recommend the house!

Glen was a great host. Super responsive any time I sent a message. We were able to check-in early. The place is close to beaches and easy to get anywhere you need to go.

We had an amazing time here! Very cozy space and not too far from the beach/restaurants. Jacob was so kind during all communication and even left us a bottle of wine!

Wonderful house. Sparkling clean, comfy beds, brilliant amenities, gorgeous garden and pool. The decor is beautiful and calming. Would thoroughly recommend. Nice restaurants and bars within walking distance but the house is so peaceful. Thank you! This was my 50th birthday present to myself and I don’t want to leave! ☺️

myself with my Partner Paula, daughter Sammy and her boyfriend Tom stayed at Jonathan's wonderful house for 2 weeks, starting May 25th 2025. We were all delighted with the house and fully equipped with all our needs. We made use of the communal pool and found those that lived in the community very helpful and friendly. We made use of the Breeze bus that was great for going to the village. I made contact with Jonathan a few times regarding minor things and he responded very quickly.

The host was great. Very alert and responsive when communicating. It was a great stay.

Stayed here on a small family trip for a few days. We had a wonderful time. Place was super clean and tidy. Great location, everything we were interested in seeing was close by. We were provided with clear and timely instructions for arrival and for check out. We appreciated the attention to detail. Would stay here again, and recommend to friends & family.
