Waterfront holiday rentals in Sarasota

Jeffery’s rental was perfect. He has such an eye for detail and it’s beautifully decorated. Our view of the ocean from the sitting area outside the rental was spectacular! The space contained everything you would possibly need and was extremely comfortable. This is our second stay at Shell Cove 1 and we highly recommend it to others.

This was our first time staying in Siesta Key and staying with Lisa definitely added to the experience! Having the available kayaks to use during our downtime was a nice little add on as well as the view of the canal. The outdoor space was beautiful and had multiple seating areas with different activity options. Would highly recommend and will stay with her again if we are ever in the area in the future!

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—just steps from the beach with stunning views and peaceful surroundings. Cindy was incredibly responsive and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back—highly recommend

Had a great time staying here! We can for a long weekend and Lara was super helpful to accolade us for showing up early and wanting to get our beach vacation started! The until was so cute and perfect for 2 people. The beach is literally steps from your door. Made it easy to go back and forth if we forgot something inside or if we needed to take a couple trips to get all of our beach gear set up. There wasn’t a ton to do near on treasure island so we took a quick 20 minute uber into St. Pete’s which has so much to do, great restaurants, and awesome night life!

I visit Sarasota every year and stay each time at a new place. This year I wanted to do something closer to the beach and Siesta Village. Matt’s spot was perfectly located for this due to being so close to the beach and every night we walked to the village for dinner/nightlife which was about 15 minutes walking distance. Overall a great place for 1-4 people if you’re looking for a nice chill vacation.

Everything was great, perfect location and perfect space for the two of us for our getaway. Air conditioning worked well in bedroom and living room/main area (I think some people previously commented on it being hot & the entry area is warm and not directly air conditioned, but the unit had several fans in the closet). We didn’t find this to be a problem at all for us. Everything was clean and as described in the listing. The only “complaints” if you could even call them that was that the WiFi did not seem to work no matter what we did and the water pressure wasn’t ideal for my husband, yet didn’t bother me too much so maybe that’s subjective. Overall, the owners were very accurate with what was offered and received, and they were very responsive as well, answering any questions we had very quickly, and calling us when we had a small issue with parking at first when we got there. They were friendly and asked how everything was going during our trip and we appreciated that very much.

This will be my favorite. Definitely looking to be book again . Deserves more the 5 stars

Awesome home to spend time with the family! Everything was near by and the neighborhood was lovely. Kids and parents enjoyed the patio and pool and Jenn was also responsive and accommodating. She was an amazing host and her home was amazing, thank you Jenn!

The home was clean had all the gadgets in the kitchen and more. It was very convenient to be close to the freeway.

First and foremost I would like to say BOOK YOUR STAY HERE!!! You will not regret it!! The home was absolutely beautiful, had many things to do inside the home and outside, including a heated pool, hot tub, outside games, fire pit, inside board and card games, game room and much more! This house is very spacious! The bathrooms are way more than I imagined and so relaxing after a pool or beach day! The best host; very attentive!! The back yard oasis is like a dream come true!!! It is the most relaxing trip I’ve had in the last 5 years! Will definitely stay here again VERY SOON!💙 thank you for being the best host even when I didn’t open my eyes LOL! you have a awesome home! We stayed here while our daughter was racing at NBP for rowing nationals. It was perfect. It's a 5 minute drive to the course, or a 2 mile walk/run. The outdoor photos don't really show just how nice it really is at the house. We loved having breakfast and lunch outside, looking across the lake. The screened-in pool area has beautiful trees and plantings outside, so there is often shade somewhere on the patio and there was always a nice breeze coming across the lake. The neighbors are friendly and the neighborhood is very quiet. Inside, the house was calm, quiet, and cool. Everything was incredibly clean. We would absolutely stay here again!

This was among the most beautiful and well-appointed Airbnbs that we’ve had the pleasure of staying in! Our trip was centered around a family 60th birthday celebration and this was such a lovely backdrop for our gathering. Our primary plans were to enjoy the sunrises and gorgeous outdoor area, cooking meals on the grill and enjoying them by the pool with a view of the intercoastal waterway. As such, when we arrived to find that the grill wasn’t working properly, we were disappointed. We communicated with our host about the grill the day after our arrival, and received an immediate response. However, it ultimately required back and forth texts (some at our initiation due to not receiving an update) and three days until the handyman graciously brought over his grill to loan us. Something we learned from this trip is the importance of communicating to your hosts what it is about their place that is most important to your stay—and perhaps we should have checked on the grill specifically.

We had an amazing time and experience in this short trip. Beautiful home and Area and very helpful and friendly hosts. 10/10 recommend. Will also definitely book this same home next time in the area!

This was the perfect place for a nice, peaceful long weekend. The house was perfect. Spacious and extremely clean, the pool was perfect and a nice was to relax after a day of outside activities. Love the tv on the back porch. Our last day we fished off the dock then grilled and hung out in the pool while watching a movie. It was so relaxing. Fishing was good as long as you had an outgoing on incoming tide. Caught a variety including trout. Publix and everything else you need is literally a couple miles away, but you are still in a very quiet neighborhood. The hosts were amazing. I’ve never had host respond as quick as these hosts did. They weee very helpful. The first pan is to stay here again and this time bring a boat with us. I can’t think of one negative thing to say. Everything was perfect!!

Loved the location and the layout of the condominium! We will be coming back!

The perfect getaway to celebrate our anniversary. Location was quiet, just a short drive to the beach and we enjoyed many local spots! Funky Flamingo was adorable as pictured, clean and great communication. We enjoyed our stay 🦩 and can't wait to visit again.

This wasn’t our first time at the Sun Bum … it’s the perfect get away spot. As close to the beach as you can get, has everything you need, and the hosts are BEYOND accommodating. We came for our birthday and they had a birthday banner hung on the wall waiting with a bottle of prosecco. They really make you feel special! If you’re looking for a wonderful spot for you and your spouse, this is the place!!

This was the most clean, most relaxing, most safe feeling place we've ever stayed in through Airbnb!! Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience. We would recommend 10/10 to anyone!!!!

Another wonderful trip to Siesta! This is our third stay in one of Evan’s places, and we were not disappointed. This unit had a great view of the Gulf (this particular building has the most direct view, without the parking lot!), and the screened in lanai was amazing! As always, the unit was clean, well-stocked, and a perfect home away from home. Already counting down the days till we return!

My new husband and I stayed at Rachel’s condo for our honeymoon and it was perfect! This was our first time in Treasure Island and I would love to come back and stay here again. Everything was exactly as described, clean, and beautiful! We saw a manatee in the intercoastal waters one morning, and the patio was a peaceful place to relax. The beach is just a 5 minute straight walk from the condo which was great. We visited the Florida and Clearwater Aquariums, and spent 2 days at Honeymoon Island State Park looking for shells and enjoying the peaceful beach. All of these were about 45-55 minutes from the condo. It stormed a couple of days so we appreciated how cozy the condo was and the large TVs, and Rachel provided everything we would need. We can’t wait to come back!
