We welcome you in a 3-star 80 m2 duplex apartment located in a quiet area facing the mountain (the Rhune), a 2-minute walk from Spain, 15 minutes from Saint-Pée-sur-Nivelle, 20 minutes from Saint-Jean-de-Luz. It is a pretty 96 m2 architect-designed semi-detached house with a private heated pool (the pool is part of the house) that can comfortably accommodate 6 guests, it is located in a private cul-de-sac in the Acotz district, away from traffic noise. Beaches are within walking distance (15 min walk). You can get to downtown Saint-Jean-de-Luz by the coastal road (15 min by bike or 50 min walk) or take the bus stop 100 m from the house.
