The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

This detached villa with garden is located in Porto Valtravaglia and offers a wonderful lake view, privacy and tranquility. From the street you can reach the villa via stairs (sixtyfive steps). The villa is divided as follows: large and bright living / dining room with corner sofa and TV, open kitchen, living area, from which you can access the large sun terrace, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Sun loungers are available in the garden.

A tiny and charming ground floor of a guesthouse, fully equipped, dating back to late ‘800, just restaured, in a garden of camellias, villa Anelli, with view on lake Maggiore. it is only reachable via feet. The romantic veranda, with glass walls, faces camellias blooming in springtime and winter, green during summer. It seems an english cottage, perfect for a couple with a son. The beds are a king one and eventually an extra bed.
