The house is peaceful and relaxing. Everything you need is here to have a great time. The kitchen is fully stocked. The master bath has a deep tub for soaking. The back deck and screened in porch have morning sun and a great hammock. The front yard is fully fenced with a small fire pit for a romantic evening or smores with the kids. The Fishing Spot" on Baffin Bay is a waterfront cabin with 420 ft. of private, lighted pier and cleaning station. The area is known for Trophy Trout and Bull Reds. Create your own fishing tales just steps from the cabin! With over and acre of land and several mesquite trees there is plenty of room to park your boat and vehicles. There is a public boat ramp about 2 1/2 miles away. Also, you can enjoy several restaurants nearby if you don't feel like cooking your own catch of the day.

We have one pool directly in front of our condo and 2nd one by the office. No pets are allowed due to HOA rules. We are very close to all the shopping and restaraunts.
