In 10 minutes of panoramic walking, you can reach the lakefront full of shops and restaurants. From the large windows you can admire swallows, ducks, chicks and swans in addition to the sunsets and magical colors of the dawn. The apartment has two floors, at the first one you will find a coloured kitchen with a small terrace, a living room and a bathroom. Upstairs, you find a small attic room with the wooden roof and there you have the main bedroom with its bathroom. All the house has parquet. It is in a very quiet area, in the center, very close to the lake and all the restaurants and shops in the town.
