Nice cottage on large, snug and child friendly plot with sun every hour of the day. The cottage has been substantially refurbished in recent years, with a new kitchen, newer bathrooms and bright, pleasant bedrooms. There are three bedrooms in the main cabin, and an annex with four beds as well as a private toilet. The cottage has a large veranda with several seating groups. It is of course lovely to be here in the summer, but the cabin is well isolated, with wood firing as well as a new heat pump. So it's a perfect option in autumn and winter as well.

In this place your family can stay close to everything, the location is central in Sarpsborg with 2 minutes walk to the pedestrian street in the center. The house is sheltered and peaceful, with no disturbing traffic noise. Take advantage of the superbly prepared garden with stone benches and garden table and your own barbecue. Cozy house with good atmosphere and all amenities in rural Torsnes. There is a private parking space with access to an electric car charger. From here you take 10 min to Gamlebyen, 15 min to Fredrikstad city center and 25 min to Svinesund. There is a short distance to swimming areas and the campsite and the convenience store is only a 10-minute walk away. The house is from 1850 and is completely renovated in 2022. The porch is perfect for late summer evenings, undisturbed and with lovely views.

The apartment is located about 10-12 min from Fredrikstad city, Sarpsborg city and to Sweden, Svinesund. The apartment is above garage and has its own bathroom and a small kitchen with dorm stove and a small fridge. In the sleeping alcove there is a double bed. It can be separated into 2 separate beds.
