Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. With a surface area of 120 m2, the cottage is located in the heart of Auvergne in the Sancy massif, near the Parc des Volcans d 'Auvergne recently classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, you will find all the amenities in our village of Tauves (bakeries, butcher, SPAR ...) Consisting of 2 bedrooms, each with bathroom/WC, equipped kitchen, Wifi, TV, fenced park, parking. Possibility of renting sheets €10/bed and towels €6/person. Optional cleaning fee €70.

Two-person apartment – with pool

Apartment on the ground floor of the owners' house, independent entrance, located three kilometers from the village, unobstructed view of the peaks of Cantal, very quiet location. The kitchen is equipped (fridge, induction stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave oven). The pool is available on sunny days (the pool is not heated). Pets are allowed but the property is not fenced and I provide a plaid for the sofa if necessary.

Charming peaceful cottage in the heart of the volcanoes of Auvergne. It has a relaxation area with a jacuzzi, a fenced garden and two private parking spaces. Shops are 200m from the property and others in nearby towns. Champagnac is a former mining city that is close to several lakes for swimming in the summer (car) as well as hiking trails. In winter, 3 ski resorts are less than an hour from the accommodation by car.

We are also at the crossroads between three departments, Corrèze, Cantal and Puy de Dôme, so you will have the choice for your tourist and sports excursions (canoeing, skiing, cycling)
