Newly renovated, this former country house with all the comforts of 60 m² welcomes you for your getaways, vacations in the countryside, retreat and teleworking in the countryside or work in the region. Le Cocon offers two comfortable bedrooms, a living room-kitchen open to a green terrace and overlooking the Parc des Fontaines, consisting of a rose garden, a plant maze, a pond and forests.

Fully renovated and equipped fisherman's house for up to 4 people, located on the banks of the Loir with exceptional views and direct access to the river. Calm but not isolated with the villages of Bazouges and Cré sur le Loir at 1 min and the town of La Flèche and its famous Zoo at 10 min only. Peace and change of scenery guaranteed! Fishing equipment on request, boat, barbecue, hammock, etc. Canoe kayak (2 adults/1 child max) optional for a fee.

From the private parking lot, you will walk through the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.

The Cottage Belmontais is located in the historic center of the village of Beaumont sur Sarthe with easy access to all services and free parking nearby. The accommodation is fully equipped as well as a terrace with a view and accessible to the river and a wooded garden. We offer breakfast on request 5€/pers. The Logis de la Tour Saint-Michel, dating from the 12th century, is one of the buildings of the former Cistercian abbey of Bellebranche.
