The associated 10,000 m² forest and meadow property is located directly next to the "Black Forest National Park" - directly on mountain bike and hiking routes. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

On spacious 95 sqm you will find modern equipped premises which were lovingly renovated in 2020 to 2023. Thanks to the open gable, the high ceilings give the rooms a special charm. The thoughtful decorative elements which are color-coordinated with each other, round off the apartment. Designated hiking routes and mountain bike trails start right outside the front door. Popular tourist attractions such as the Mummelsee, the Hornisgrinde or the National Park Center are also nearby.

In a two-minute walk, you are in the romantic flower and wine village of Sasbachwalden. It is characterized by well-kept half-timbered houses, which are embedded in magnificent vineyards. Our guests are welcome to use our sunbathing lawn with sun lounger. The municipality charges a tourist tax of €1.90-2.20 p.p./night (to be paid on site). Free use of bus & train as well as free entrance to the beautiful outdoor swimming pool are just a few advantages.
