In the immediate vicinity is Aldi, Edeka and a gas station. The city center is within walking distance. In the 300 sqm garden you can spend relaxing hours in fine weather.

A separate, closed area awaits you, which you can reach through a corresponding staircase. In our little "Sweet Home" there is a bedroom with TV, Wi-Fi, armchair and a shelf (clothes storage). From here you can enter the separate shower. Nice and spacious apartment with separate entrance. It is 65 m2, is located in a rural location, but still only 2 km from the city center. It is 800 metres to the nearest supermarket (Marktkauf, Aldi, K+K and s.w.). The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge and coffee maker. And of course a washing machine.
