Old Farmhouse near Panzano Castle Abbacìo

The Abbacio apartment is part of an old farmhouse that has been restored respecting the original structure and style. Its location is just on the top of the hill, facing the valley. Surronded by vineyards and olive trees, but also attached to the village. From the house you can easily reach by feet wineries, farms and restaurants. Panzano is halfway between Florence and Siena, easily reached with car. By bus there is a good service from and to Florence, not from and to Siena. A very quiet spot!

Our villa is located at the entrance of Chianni (Pisa) and was built in 2023 using original, natural materials such as brick, natural stone, and wood. Three stylish studios were created (one of which is for my private use with my two dogs), along with modern amenities and a pool. Each studio features a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, and a living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped open kitchen, as well as a cozy living and dining area, making both studios ideal for longer stays.

Ideal small summer house with a fantastic pool that invites you to swim. We had the whole property to ourselves. Pure relaxation. For our dog, there was enough to discover and right next door a hiking trail to the top of the mountain. From here, you can experience Tuscany in all its colors, and if you want to swim in the sea, the path is not far. As well as many other highlights. Our hosts were always available and concerned about our well-being, thank you for that. Thank you for the lovely holiday.

A very nice place , a real Tuscan home ! We had a great time. It really felt like we were at home. The area has a lot of cities and attractions ... What doesn't depend on the listing is that parking is difficult . Cars are scarce in the village.... But when the settlement was created, it wasn't the main point .

We only had the accommodation for one night on the way to Elba. We would book this again anytime. Alessandra welcomed us super friendly and was always immediately available for questions or the coordination for the arrival. The accommodation itself has a lot of charm and is great located in the middle of Tuscany :)

The place was one of a kind. The views were gorgeous. The house was also very comfortable and felt bigger than in the pictures. Unfortunately we didn’t get the opportunity to arrange the tour due to the planning but overall it was a very great value. The road to the house however is quite steep and narrow, but that was not a problem for us.

La Pietruzza is a heaven in earth. Lamberton and Enrica were extremely helpful and friendly. The cottage itself is charming and beautiful. Have to admit, that we spend most of our time around the pool and relaxing in the hammock though. Absolutely a place to consider, if you are looking for a peace and quiet. 🌞😎❤️

We (mom, dad, baby (6 months)) spent the first longer stay of our baby honeymoon here. It was great that there was so much play stuff for the little one, and otherwise it was good to stay in Chianni for a week, even if you do a few excursions. We were in three different bars for coffee, feasted in the village at the bistro, and also made the surroundings unsafe. The apartment is on the upper floor, the terrace on the level below and the garden even lower. So you always have to climb a few stairs if the balcony is not enough ;-)
