Qui potrete svegliarvi al canto degli uccelli, e rilassarvi all’ombra di un pergolato con un buon bicchiere di vino locale. La casa vacanze dispone di una camera da letto, un bagno con doccia e una cucina attrezzata. Viene fornita anche la biancheria. All'esterno, un ampio giardino privato con barbecue, doccia e solarium. A pochi minuti di auto troverete pittoreschi borghi medievali e Grotte di Frasassi.

Spacious, well-kept and comfortable interiors, ideal for couples, families or small groups looking to relax.

RosaClara Casetta

Casetta RosaClara is a former barn inside the courtyard of Casale del Gelso (ancient farmhouse of the late 1800s) located in the Marche countryside. Independent, it consists of two mini apartments of about 40 sqm each and communicating. Very bright and panoramic, it has a terrace/solarium and a pleasant and beautiful space, common to the two rooms, where you can relax and refresh. Newly renovated, it has all the amenities, harmonizing tradition with modern needs.

La Dimora casina dell'abbondanza is immersed in the heart of the historic center of Gubbio. The apartment has been recently renovated and enjoys a characteristic location, very quiet and strategic for visiting the city in the heart of San Martino district, behind the famous bridges of abundance. The house has a conditioner and consists of a living area with equipped kitchen, table, bathroom with shower and double bedroom. A free car park is a 8 minute walk away.

Dimora nel Borgo - A Relaxing Home

The “Dimora nel Borgo” is a cozy home in the medieval historic center of Maiolati Spontini. It offers a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, thanks to the recent and careful renovation, and the quiet and peaceful surrounding environment, inside a courtyard of yesteryear. A few meters from the house there are always free parking spaces available, there are no ZTL restrictions regarding the historic center. The house is complete with all amenities.

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

"IL PODERACCIO" is a typical stone farmhouse located on the hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno, immersed in beautiful Mediterranean vegetation. The building is spread across two floors. The pool and garden frame the whole. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 15th. Please note that following the COVID 19 emergency, all the directives required by the legislation have been adopted for cleaning and sanitizing the house.

At the foot of Mount San Vicino, on a beautiful hill 420 meters above sea level, in complete tranquility and easily accessible, you can enjoy a beautiful 360-degree view, from the Sibillini Mountains to the Gola della Rossa. Easily reachable in 15 minutes Fabriano, in 20 minutes the beautiful caves of Frasassi, in 30 minutes Gubbio and in 60 minutes Senigallia or the Bay of Conero, in 20 minutes the ducal city of Camerino.

Gli appartamenti Spello House sono luminosissimi, si trovano in uno storico palazzo medievale che per secoli fu il confine del terziere come testimonia ancor oggi l’autentica catena appesa alle mura che divideva gli antichi quartieri. Esso si trova appena dentro la porta Consolare ad un passo dalla Villa romana Sant’Anna di recente ritrovamento, e a 50 metri dal parcheggio a pagamento solo nelle ore diurne.

Our house, renovated using original materials, is a mix of old and new that transmits warmth, desire for relaxation. The call of the surrounding nature is strong, especially in the veranda, where, the large windows look towards a beautiful view, which on clear days discovers the sea. During the summer, the exclusive swimming pool, infinity, also towards this beautiful landscape becomes the protagonist.
