The location was quiet with everything we needed for our weekend getaway. Gaining access to the lodging was super simple and is literally a two minute walk across a street and down a boardwalk to the beach. The price was unbeatable for the location and amenities included and is in a great location to watch a launch from the cape canaveral spaceport. I highly recommend staying with Jen and we look forward to booking with her again in the future to see another launch.

This place has it all: location, privacy and cost. Sherman and Marlena are the sweetest hosts you can ever imagine and masters of hospitality. Truly it was all the little touches that made this trip worth it: well stocked kitchen with SHARP knives (that’s pretty rare when you stay in a lot of airbnbs), the binder with all the restaurants they recommended, and all the beach gear you’d need. What really makes this place stand out is the landscaping and the deck. The large deck, multiple chairs, umbrellas, and wash stations are fantastic. You don’t even have to leave the deck to enjoy the peace and beauty of the ocean. We have never travelled to a place with an environment that made relaxation so simple. Thank you for wonderful anniversary trip.

We absolutely loved staying here. Perfect size for me, my husband and young daughter for a few nights. Beach is so close and Julie offered all the beach items needed- umbrellas, sand castle stuff, chairs. She also gave amazing recommendations for restaurants, breakfast, sunset drinks, ice cream spot, etc. thank you so much for all of the amazing suggestions. The fresh seafood was just the best! Would definitely stay here again!

What to say ;-) - WOW WOW WOW. 5Star Plus and best Airbnb during our Florida trip. Reaching the property, first is what you see - the bay. You will calm down and we had the opportunity to watch Dophins directly from the property and this daily. We received a couple of good restaurant recommendations from Marina and we double checked them on Google. BUT, why to go to a restaurant having this bay view in the morning and a great place to start your day with a coffee directly at the waterfront. So we decided NOT to go out for breakfast - we had every morning breakfast and coffee on the prooperty, on the water line incl. watching dolphins and pelicans. All pictures presented by Kathy/Marina/Taj are real and you will find a warm Airbnb atmosphere with many details. You have put a lot of thought into the equipment. Everything is there for a fabulous stay. Sufficient towels, parasol and chairs for the beach, ... The beach. A maximum of 5 minutes' walk away and there are 2 access points

Very convenient location near places to eat, the beach, and a short uber ride to the Port Terminal. Would recommend!

The house was absolutely beautiful, found it last minute and was super easy to find. Close to everything we needed during our baseball tournament weekend. Super friendly and highly recommend staying here!! Price was great, host was amazing!

This was our 2nd time staying here and will definitely be back again next year, God willing! Home is always super clean. Fully stocked with absolutely everything you need and more. . Beds are super comfortable.. The backyard is like an Oasis and you feel like you’re at a resort. We got to see a SpaceX launch from the beach, which is literally just steps away. Janessa is a great host and very accommodating. We also did a 2 hour sunset sail on the Banana River with a company called Cocoa Beach Catamaran & saw lots of dolphins & manatees. They are about 5 miles down the road at the Island Time Marina. So much fun stuff to do within minutes. This is our one of our favorite Airbnb’s. Thank you again Janessa for another great year. 💕

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home, which we chose because it was close to family. The home itself was well stocked with so many extras — mini shampoos and toiletries, fresh juice and water in the fridge, and a fantastic collection of beach gear that the kids absolutely loved. The bedrooms were spacious, with plenty of storage, and extra clean linen was also provided. The kitchen was really well stocked with essentials, which saved us from spending a fortune on supplies — they really thought of everything when it came to appliances and little touches. The internet worked great, and there were plenty of kids’ channels on the tv to keep the kids entertained. Although the home is on a main road, once inside, it felt very quiet and peaceful. The kids enjoyed playing in the backyard, and right across the street there’s a lovely park and a dock where we even spotted some dolphins and watched a rocket launch! We would absolutely love to stay again. Thank you! 😊

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach, which made it so easy to pop back and forth throughout the day. As local Floridians who have stayed at many Airbnbs along the coast, we can confidently say this one stands out. The attention to detail and overall vibe made it feel like a true home away from home. Would 100% stay here again. You can tell everything in the condo was thought out, and they have everything you would need plus more. Being that I had to fly in, there were definitely things I could not bring with me that I wish that I could have that were thankfully at the condo once I arrived, which took that stress off of me. The beach was easy to access and extremely quiet which we loved. 10/10

Conveniently located near the beach and walking distance to a variety of food places. Beautiful view of the beach and clear view of the launch that occurred on our last day. She texted to give us a heads up of the launch so that was above and beyond. The unit was very clean, well stocked and organized. This is our second year coming here and Ana and Paul somehow exceeded the amazing experience we had with them last year! They are the best hosts we have ever had. Ana feels like talking to a friend, not a host. They go above and beyond with communication and accommodating some requests we had. This place is like heaven. The most amazing sunrises and sunsets. The easy access to the beach. The fun area with something for everyone. We've decided this is our home away from home and plan on making many more years of memories here. Thank you Ana and Paul ❤️

This was our second time staying here and it is an excellent location when we are in town to visit my family. Love the location and proximity to the beach and restaurants. Love the space to bring in family for dinners or to hang out.

Emma's condo was everything and more than we expected. the location is so convenient to grocery store, several restaurants. We love how the condo parking space for our condo was right by the elevator. our condo had the most beautiful view of Ocean, back and pool. We spent alot of time on the balcony with our coffee and cocktails. We could see cruise ships sailing out on the ocean,Emma's. The condo was so comfortable and clean. You cannot beat this location. Sitting in the kitchen open the window and you can see the ocean! Lovely. Great spacious and has everything you need.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay. Having a homebase by the beach was so nice, we love it and we hope to book her place again.

We had a horrific dog friendly experience stay several months ago elsewhere, so was a bit worried! But the reviews and pictures of Michelles place looked good, but hard to recover from a bad rental experience. I would have to say her rental was so exceptional that I feel good again about renting from her again or others that rent to people with dogs. Just because I have dog or dogs doesn't mean I live in filth, and I could tell Michelle gets that! Her place was plenty big for the two of us with our dog and centrally located. I appreciated that she seemed to think of everything someone would need. The bed was comfortable as my back can give me issues at times. All in all, I would highly recommend this home away from home!
