Monthly Rentals in Sattal

The cottage was just as described perched above the main road in a gated society of other cottages. The hosts were kind enough to accommodate us earlier than the check in time. We had most of our meals at the cottage made by the cook Meetika which was tasty. We hired a car daily for our outings and ended up seeing sattal, naukuchiatal, bhimtal and few other attractions. The location is close to few cafes as well such as Iheart, zoobys but need a car to reach it as walking down the main road is not advisable due to speeding cars. Overall a good stay. Weather was very pleasant too! Thank you for the hospitality.

Probably one of the best hill BnBs we've been to. Right from the booking Raj sir had kept us well informed and updated about all important aspects. Including a well-explained video on how to reach the place. He as well as Daya ji there were interactive to the extent it made it feel hospitable and informed on various aspects without taking away from our private time. The BnB by itself is everything one would dream of for a holiday home - even better than what we had thought of it after seeing the photos - absolutely cut off from the noises outside, surrounded by lush greenery and a lovely orchard feel. The outside sitting area was very nice and shady even when the sun was out and had a lovely hammock to relax on. Really thoughtfully done even for people travelling with pets. Well equipped and modern interiors. Nice views of the Bhimtal lake and a 10-15 minutes walk from the property The only thing anybody driving should keep in mind that the last stretch is a tough steep climb

What the photos show you it is even better than that. It was just mesmerising place to come and unwind from the hustle and bustle of city life. Being at a height and away from the maddening crowd among the forested area it is just a great place to relax. The road to the property from the main road which is about a km long is not a paved road so unless you are good at off-roading and confident of your driving suggest park at the nearby hotel as per the host directions. I did take my car right to the property and it was a nice experience to do a bit of off-roading. The best thing is that you get to have home cooked fresh piping hot food so it’s such a nice experience. Super helpful and courteous staff who look after all your needs. Suggest that if you go there do give them a bit of advance notice to help them prep things as it is good for everyone. My only suggestion to the property owner is that please put some thick curtains or blinds since light comes into the room, disturbs the sleep

Had a lovely weekend stay at this beautiful cottage. clean, cozy with all the basic amenities. Every room had mountain view. Big windows with blackout curtains. clearly a lot of care went into maintaining. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating to our requests. The caretaker was equally helpful and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable, which we really appreciate. Food - reasonably priced, big portions and non-veg dish was really well-cooked. Veg options didn't quite hit the mark, but since it's home-style cooking, that's completely understandable, everyone has their own taste. Plus, with so many nice restaurants nearby, you’re not short of options. All in all, it was a very pleasant & comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend it.
