An easy 5-star rating. The place is beautiful, right in downtown Saintes, walking distance to amazing restaurants and the city center. Anne and Lionel are SO kind and helpful, and made me feel right at home. The space was clean and inviting. I would return in a heartbeat! Thank you, Anne and Lionel, for a superb experience!

Well-located and charming accommodation, in a typical neighborhood close to the ocean where the must-see corners of Royan can be visited on foot. In the evening, the nights are quiet and the mattress is comfortable. Thanks to Hugo for his responsiveness and kindness. We'll be back!

We had a great stay in this very well located apartment, close to the beach, restaurants - bars, a park and other local shops. The apartment is good quality, very nice and really clean. Comfortable bedding. In short, we highly recommend it!

My husband and I loved the apartment and Pierrick and Eve were very welcoming and helpful. Little personal touches like fresh flowers completed the feeling of being at home. Beautiful surroundings, excellent location and perfect amenities. A gem. Would highly recommend it and would come back.

We loved the place, clean , spacious, quiet and nicely decorated. The kitchen is very well equipped and for bikers, 4 bikes ready to go as the bike lane is just outside the house

The house was superb - spacious, smart and very well-equipped in every respect. It has a lovely pool, pool house and poolside lounging area, which our children and grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed. Its location in Saint-Palais-sur-Mer is great, with one beach (Plage du Platin) within easy walking distance and others (Grand Coté, Bureau and Nauzan) just a little further away. There is a good boulangerie (which serves pizzas in the evening) and a seafood supplier just 5 minutes walk away. We would be very happy to stay with Catherine again and thoroughly recommend the house.

Very nice accommodation, in line with the description and even beyond our expectations regarding the garden which is huge, very well furnished and perfectly maintained. The indoor pool was appreciated in view of the mixed weather. We had a great weekend with friends! I would recommend it in a second.

The terrace is nice, the modern kitchen very well equipped. Look carefully because there is everything. a welcome booklet is very useful with also visiting tips. We were two families with 5 children in total and had a great stay at Stéphane's! The place is ideal, very well located, close to the beach. The children had a great time and the adults did too! Mylène and Laurent were lovely from the time of our booking, very flexible and available. The accommodation perfectly matched our expectations and we were even pleasantly surprised by all the equipment that was in the accommodation.
