Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Sault Ste. Marie

House was as described and the host put lots of thought into the little things. Very well stocked and very clean. Beds were comfortable. Centrally located for day trips. Sandy beach very close. Had a great time and would stay here again.

Let's start by saying that Deanna is the perfect host.. very proactive and always available when needed to answer questions . The place is absolutely how it's listed.. real pics on the listing and absolutely beautiful.. I swear it took an effort to leave the calmness of this place and head back home..the house is filed with everything that u need to have a peaceful stay Tip: only a fool would miss the food at the nearest cafe Stub-bee..

We absolutely loved our stay—clean, comfortable, and fully true to the listing. The wood-burning sauna and hot tub were fantastic, creating the perfect atmosphere to unwind in peace. Exactly what we wanted from our getaway: a well-cared-for place that delivers relaxation in every detail. We’d return in a heartbeat. Tristan was quick to respond to any questions—making everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

This was perfect and met our needs exactly. Our sons played hockey in the MAHA tournament at LSSU. It was walking distance to everything. Very close to town and campus.

We are a family of five that stayed at Howard’s Spruce Haven for several weeks. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The setting in the woods was so peaceful and private and we enjoyed seeing all the wildlife. The fire pit and grill were a great amenity. Spruce Haven was conveniently located within minutes of nearby stores, restaurants, parks and beaches. The house was very comfortable and was well stocked with everything we needed-plenty of linens and kitchen tools and supplies. Howard was so hospitable, friendly and responsive anytime we communicated with him. We would be happy to stay again and would recommend his place to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable retreat in the UP!

This place is amazing. One of the best places we have stayed in. The home is beautiful and sitting by the water is peaceful. We were able to visit a variety of places from this location if you want to explore the UP. This is definitely a place we will revisit. Caroline is an amazing host. We were in town for work and Christopher’s place was exactly what we needed. It was clean and the amenities were exactly as described. Christopher was responsive and answered all our questions.

Our family of five had a wonderful time. The pond and fire pit where delightful to have for the afternoons and evenings after our days of adventure and exploration in Michigan's Magical UP. The cabin is rustic and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials to make meals during our stay. The beautiful stone fireplace was a wonderful way to bring a little added warmth on the chillier nights during our stay. Jeff was a very attentive host gave excellent check in help and was very responsive when we had questions about the local area. Memories made✔️

Natalie’s place is a great spot in Hilton beach, amazing views and a comfortable stay. Close to all the ‘action’. Natalie is a great communicator and host.

I stayed with Hunter for a long period of time, and he was there for me each and every day. I came to the sault for work and his place kept me feeling like I was at home. bathroom is spacious and the kitchen has everything and more yoy could need! Hunter was a fantastic host, made sure that everything was above the bar and that you felt taken care of. 10/10 will be staying here everytime I come for work

The best place and guy you can trust on. As an immigrant I always have been in fear when I get in touch with Canadians because we receive a-lot of hate on social media. Much respect for the guys who respect everybody without seeing their religion or country. Thanks Albert, you are a great human being.

Really loved the setup with a patio walkout onto the beach and the sunrise in the morning over the lake was glorious. Very close to the ferry and loved the convenience. Great place.

Ryan’s place was very clean, comfortable beds and linens! So nice to have great coffee in the morning. It was close to where we wanted to go in the Soo. We will stay again.

This place is magical. You’re right on the water, it’s very shallow for a LONG way so my small dog had the BEST time playing! Would be great for small kids too! The cabin is very cozy with a screened in porch (it rained before I got there so there were some mosquitos - but the porch was great for that). Each cabin has a fire pit and Teddy has lots of firewood for purchase! Trella, Christine and Teddy were such friendly and helpful hosts. I wish I could have stayed longer!

I had a lovely, quiet stay. Kelly is kind and pays a lot of attention to detail. The cabin is cute, the bed is comfortable, the beaches are beautiful, what more can you ask for? I *loved* the whitefish sandwich at Pickle's Bar & Grill.

Quite literally heaven on earth. The cabin was spacious, clean and had everything you could need! The property is serene, private and spacious. Nice beach and couldn't keep the dogs out of the water, so I joined them most of the time! Watching the many freighters go by was enjoyable. The property is a solid mix of sun and shade. Lots of space made it private. Kenneth was quick to respond and was very communicative about check in and any very minor issues we encountered! We definitely want to come back in other seasons real soon! Thanks for sharing your UP slice of heaven!

Stayed here for a weekend with my family and we loved it. So peaceful with nothing but woods surrounding the backyard and the space is very cozy! We had a blast playing pool every day. Very clean and great amenities. Highly recommend!

I think the lake got jealous of how much we loved the house. The views? Spectacular. The vibe? Pure dream home energy. We spent our days rock hunting, sipping coffee with million-dollar views, and pretending we lived there full-time. (We even tried to come up with excuses to “accidentally” extend our stay... like maybe we lost the keys... to our car... forever.) Truly the perfect Lake Superior getaway. This place captured our hearts and we left behind a couple Yooperlites in the garden. 💙

Had a fantastic stay at your office grid cabin. It was fantastic and Rod was wonderful down to earth and easy to communicate with. There’s no such thing as in stranger in your chunk of Paradise off in the twilight zone!!!! We will definitely be returning

Great place! Neighbors were helpful as well. The only downside was there was limited space to put of clothes. Could use a dresser or closet. Other than that it was awesome!!

Everything was perfect 👌 the huge mosquitoes made outdoor time less enjoyable but thats out of anyone's control.
