Room is made for lush nature and the many farmyard animals that live in harmony on this unique site at the confluence of the Loir and the Foussarde and crossed by the GR of Saint-Jacques de Compostelle.

This cottage located in an old farmhouse in the middle of the fields offers a break on the way to vacation or a base to visit the region (Aunt Leonie's house/Marcel Proust). Closed room available for bikes. Bike path nearby. Also enjoy the garden with chickens and trampoline.

Welcome to our charming cottage between Beauce and Perche, 38 m² outbuilding of our main house. Enjoy an independent garden and park your car in our private space. Less than 30 km from Chartres and 5 km from Courville-sur-Eure train station (Paris-Montparnasse line), you are here in the heart of nature, conducive to calm and rest. Atypical house right on the water

In a beautiful bucolic setting and by the water, an atypical and inspiring accommodation: the stables of a mill on the Eure. The sound of the river, the song of the birds, the 13th century mill are there for a total change of scenery. The river lends itself to a short swim, a kayak ride or a fishing trip. Fields and forests surround the mill and offer you many bike rides. And what a pleasure to have a picnic by a lake at sunset!
