This perfectly located home offers easy access to all sights and amenities. Indeed you are a 20 min walk/3 min drive to the city center of coutances.

Elle se situe dans la petite commune paisible d'Orval, c'est une petite maison de bourg mitoyenne .Je l'ai entièrement rénovée , elle est idéale pour un couple uniquement. Vous trouverez toutes les commodités pour vous sentir comme à la maison. Elle ne peut malheureusement pas accueillir d'animaux.

It is a small 2 room cocoon for 2 adults + an office space on the mezzanine. A garden is accessible with picnic table, deckchairs and barbecue. We provide free bicycles for beautiful, easy walks by the sea. We welcome guests from all walks of life.
