This home is absolutely beautiful! We loved staying here!! Such a great experience!

My family of 3 and pup had a wonderful stay. Alli’s attention to detail with the cleanliness, decor, and quality linens matched the photos. You’ll feel right at home with this incredibly well stocked home. The coffee shop was a two minute walk and beach even closer. This is truly an Airbnb gem!

We really enjoyed our stay at Robert’s property at HHI. It was our first time visiting the area and we couldn’t of done any better than picking this place but was easy to get to the beach, plus there was beach toys, beach chairs and beach towels available to us that made it simple for us travelers head to the beach with three little ones. The walkability to other restaurants, coffee spots, playgrounds, etc. made the trip so convenient that we can’t wait to come back.

This place was perfect! We came for a long weekend during Memorial Day with our 1 & 3 year old. We walked to the pier/beach every morning- it took us about 15 minutes and was an easy walk with our kids in a wagon. The river beach was a 5 minute walk from the house and a great place to swim/find shells. We brought a canoe - the marsh put-in was 3 houses down- easy to port over. The dock, WAS PERFECT! We were concerned about it with the littles but Terese had a 3 board tightly spaced railings on the bottom of the dock so we felt super safe! There was also a gate that led to the dock that could be shut. We enjoyed having our meals out there; fishing and watching the sunsets. We caught sheep head, bass and shrimp. The restaurant, AJ’s, was 2 houses down but even on a holiday weekend with live music- it wasn’t loud or rowdy. Terese’s house was clean, spacious and had a covered car port. We loved the one story aspect of this house! We’d love to stay again!

Alicja’s place is in the perfect location! Half a block to beach access and walkable to all the shopping and restaurants on Tybee. It was still peaceful and quiet at night even being so close to everything. We appreciated all the beach supplies (especially the wagons!). I would recommend bringing chairs if you need more than 3-4 as many of the chairs are rusted and don’t work properly. Lots of kids sand toys and umbrellas as well! Always a plus to find a dog friendly house, and Alicja supplied dog beds, toys, and water bowls. Overall a great stay!

Our stay at this duplex retreat truly exceeded our expectations! We were a group of six adults (three couples), and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out comfortably. The amenities were fantastic. We especially enjoyed being able to cook steaks on the propane grill, which was a huge plus. The location couldn't have been better – it was a short walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants, making it incredibly convenient. We also greatly appreciated the great garage parking on the property; we didn't need to use our vehicles at all during our stay. Tim was a wonderful host throughout our visit. His quick responses to any questions we had were incredibly helpful, and we were so grateful for his hospitality. We highly recommend this property and can confidently say, we'll be back!

I would like to say that from the moment that I booked my stay Kelly was in contact with me; more so than any other host that I have booked with, across any platform! We felt right at home and I enjoyed the separate apartment downstairs. I would have ZERO hesitations about staying at another property that Kelly hosted!

We had an amazing stay at this beach bungalow in Hilton Head! The home was beautifully decorated with coastal charm and calming colors that made it feel like a true retreat. The beach gear room was a huge bonus—everything we needed was already there. The patio was one of our favorite spots to relax, especially in the evenings, watching birds and the alligator in the lagoon made it feel like our own little nature show. Our host was absolutely top-notch—super friendly, responsive within minutes, and communicated on a personal level (not just copy-and-paste messages). We had a very minor issue during our stay, and he had it resolved right away. Would absolutely recommend—10/10! Even my husband, who’s usually not a beach fan, said we’re coming back. Can’t wait!

Lovely space! Beautifully decorated and with modern touches and comfortable beds. We hope to return soon. We enjoyed biking around the neighborhood and to the general store. It’s a peaceful, quiet resort neighborhood — but so close to many things to do. Recommend the free shuttle to the beach, especially with preschool/elementary children in tow who may not feel like walking 12 minutes to the beach. We had a very short but relaxing stay at Kathy’s place. We enjoyed how quiet and private yet walkable it is to some food options and morning coffee. Loved riding around on a golf cart exploring the island and meeting its beautiful deer everywhere! We definitely will be back!

Our family of 5 stayed at Rick’s place for a week for spring break and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was easy walking to the beach, very fun to play in the heated pool, biking to Coligny for food, playground. We did a cookout one night in the cabana by the pool. The kids loved the bunk bed. The easy indoor/outdoor living was a delight. The TVs and remotes worked great. I enjoyed going on runs in the morning on the beach or on the biking/walking trail across the street from the house. The house had everything we could want like a stool for our 3 year old to use the bathroom sink to plenty of pool toys, beach toys, chairs, beach wagon, etc. The house also came with a pass to Sea Pines which was an unexpected treat!

Can’t say enough great things about this house! It was absolutely perfect for our family (2 littles included). The location is so private and beautiful, we loved sitting outback watching the alligators daily! It’s so close to Coligny, we rented bikes and went all over sea pines too. Loved it!!!!

We loved our family time at Sondra and Diane's place and can easily recommend it others. It was so relaxing, yet there was plenty to do. Having our own pool and easy access to a quiet, beautiful beach was incredible. The house was very family friendly with a pack and play, high chair, toys, and books all available and very welcome by my daughter and her baby. All communications were easy, clear, friendly, and accomodating. They really want their guests to be comfortable - they even asked what temperature we'd like the house to be set at upon our arrival! I've never had that before! It was a wonderful vacation, and we'd love to go back!

We enjoyed our stay and had a great time visiting the nearby beaches and local restaurants. The house was extremely clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils we needed to prepare a few meals. It was a great place to spend some well needed downtime as a family. Would recommend!

Great location, about 20 minutes from the city of Savannah and about 2 minutes to north beach. Felt private and quiet. House was clean. Definitely worth the stay.

Karen made us feel right at home as if we were meant to be there. The cottage was in walking distance of everything including returaunts, a local market and the beach. Place was very clean when we arrived and had everything that was on the listing. Our week was fun and amazing, but what made it even better was that we got to return to Sweet Rosabelle after our days of activities. we couldn't have asked for a better host than Karen. She was very Helpful in letting us know where everything on the island was and her favorite spots to visit. We will return sometime in the future for sure.

House has a great location! Inside decor has a very beachy vibe. Saw an abundance of wildlife, close to golf course and 100 yards from a great Ocean View. Host is very responsive to the guest. Loved the peaceful & laidback island.

This home was absolutely perfect for our 3 generational beach vacation! There was fun and relaxation for everyone! The home is located in a peaceful neighborhood. The spa pool was a favorite for the kids. Kitchen was well stocked for eating in as well a grill on the back patio. Plenty of seating inside and out on the patio. The house was very clean and modern. The bunk beds were ideal for our kid crew. The beach was close ( maybe a 10 minute walk) but the walk to the beach was beautiful. We also appreciated the wagon and beach chairs that were available to use. Abigail was quick to respond and made us feel welcomed. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We hope to come back next year.

This house is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for our family! The location is very easy to access off the main street into Tybee, and once you are in the house, it's private and quiet. The views of the marsh from the large back deck are stunning. The house itself has a great layout - easy to be all together in the open living room/dining room area, with a big kitchen, and then two private bedroom/bathroom suites and a third bedroom. The North Beach was less than a ten minute walk, and there were lots of beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas available to take. Mike was a terrific host! From the first communication to the last, he was kind, enthusiastic, and helpful. His welcome letter was full of wonderful recommendations for places to eat and things to do, in addition to clear and easy instructions about everything related to the house. We had an amazing stay and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!
