Nice driveway fenced back yard, no back door inside the house that leads to the fenced yard. Great place for quick getaway to Spartanburg, Greenville or surrounding areas, great for business people traveling or visiting family in the area. Note there are crowing roosters in the back of house not mine. Sound machine in bedrooms, ear plugs.

Situated in a 3+ acre gated compound surrounded on three sides by Fairforest Creek, our guest house feels like a mountain hideaway yet it's only a 3 minute drive to downtown Spartanburg. The guest suite is located on the first floor of a two-story subdivision home. The suite is separated from the rest of the home by a locked door (both sides are locked.) The private guest entrance is at the back of the home. People live here though, so plan on a little noise transfer from the street and home. Parking is on site. The space is pet free, but guests are welcome to visit our pets if they need to cuddle some fur babies.

We were visiting for a weekend business trip and Kathleen's place was the perfect place to retreat for rest. She was a accommodating with an earlier check in and was very responsive to messages. The neighborhood was quiet, fireflies danced and at night we saw deer walking thru the neighborhood. I wish I had thought to bring my bike bc it was the perfect neighborhood for scenic biking.

This was a cute home that had everything we needed for our stay! We would have booked for longer if the dates were available! The home is a short drive from soooo many restaurants and stores. The neighbors were kind and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Would definitely recommend!
