You'll love my place because of the views and the tranquility. Small NON-SMOKING studio of about 20 m2 (2nd floor without elevator) quiet with views of wooded park, a stone's throw from the train station and a few minutes' walk from the very center of Nancy. The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher. The studio has a fiber internet box for a very high speed connection. The studio is perfectly independent but I live on site with family in another apartment, so I can be very responsive to resolve any concerns.

For athletes and walkers, 2 minutes from the loops of the Moselle (85 km of bike paths), walks in the forest or around many small bodies of water. Small clarification, there is internet access in the accommodation but it is only accessible via an ethernet connection (cable provided).

La Genette is a 75 m2 apartment completely renovated in an old Lorraine farmhouse located in a small peaceful village of Saintois, 35 min from Nancy and Epinal. You will find in Vézelise (5 min) supermarket, bakery, tobacco shop, pharmacy and medical center.
