Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Skagenbrygga, Lofoten and Vesterålen

This is truly a fantastic place. It is an old totally renovated fishery. The size is 180 square meters, and the pier is 200 squares. The house has everything you need and appears today as a new exclusive modern house. It has 2 bath, bathtub, 4 bedrooms with a big bed, modern kitchen, very good WIFI, 65" TV, washing machine and dryer, fireplace and an exclusive sauna. Here you get a perfect combination of rustic coastal charm and modern comfort – ideal as a base for nature experiences, family fun or just total relaxation in beautiful surroundings. The cabin has 3 bedrooms and plenty of room for 6 adults. In addition, there is a travel bed for small children and a sofa bed that is suitable for children or teenagers.

Koskikara

A lovely cabin on the shore of Kalkkistenkoski. On the terace you can grill, eat, enjoy the evening sun, lounge on the deck chairs or see the local bird populations. The cabin also has a sauna, hot tub and an indoor fireplace. The cabins kitchen has the essentials for cooking and the barbeque and outdoor fireplace can also be used for cooking. The kitchen and sauna have warm water and drinking water will be delivered to the cabin. The cabin has an outdoor composting toilet.

It can hardly be described - it has to be experienced. You live on the outside of adventure island Senja. You don't get any closer to nature - with a glass facade of close to 30 sqm you have the feeling of sitting outside while you sit inside. Whether it is midnight sun or northern lights - it will never be boring to look at the sea, mountains and wildlife along Bergsfjorden. The cabin was completed in the fall of 2018 and has a high standard.
