Picturesque, Historic Villa with Island Views

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

The oldest residential house on the Island of San Giulio, situated in the middle of Lake Orta, distanced 400m from the mainland, accessible only via boat. The villa belongs to our family since 1637, completely refurbished whilst maintaining it's antique medieval charm, we hope you experience an unforgettable holiday in one of the most beautiful and romantic Italian lake locations. Enjoy swimming the clean waters, using our SUP, kayak & water sports equipment. A 40HP boat is available for rent.

Two rustici in a dream location high above the lake

PARADISE FOR HUMANS AND DOGS! The 2 Rustici Gemma are situated on the Monti di Porano in the municipality of Ronco. Nestled in a large fenced garden, 2000m2, in the midst of nature with stunning views over Lake Maggiore. We rent the houses together to ensure the privacy. In the low season it is also possible to rent only one house, in which case the second one remains empty. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. Breath fresh air.
