"Holiday home near the beach and in the center."

We, a family with 4 children (11, 14, 17 and 19 years), have a holiday home next to our house with its own entrance and parking space. The cottage is within walking distance of the charming village center, just like the beach (approximately 500m from the cottage). 750m away is a beautiful hiking and nature reserve the Zwanenwater. Het vakantiehuis is gelegen aan het Noord-Hollands kanaal. Het huis is niet heel stil gelegen, maar wel gezellig en centraal t.o.v. Alkmaar, Bergen en Schoorl. Zeer geschikt voor vriendinnenclubjes, fietsclubjes en gezinnen, die niet op een vakantiepark willen zitten. Het huis heeft veel oorspronkelijke details, wat het sfeervol en karakteristiek maakt. Het huis is geschakeld aan de woning van de eigenaar, maar er is volop privacy en een royale eigen tuin.

Mooi appartement met 2 slaapkamers. Geheel op jezelf. Aan de achterkant een ruime tuinkamer met open haard en daarnaast een eigen tuin. De tuinkamer kun je verwarmen met de openhaard . In de winter kan het te koud zijn om er te zitten alleen met de openhaard. Badkamer heeft een 2-persoons bad en een dubbele douche. In de badkamer is ook een wasmachine en droger aanwezig. Heerlijk appartement om geheel op jezelf te verblijven en te genieten van de rust!
