Unsere 40qm grosse Wohnung liegt zentral im Bielefelder Stadtteil Brackwede. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Einfamilienhaus mit einem eigenen Eingang. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind auf der Straẞe vorhanden. S-Bahn und Bushaltestelle Kann man 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Die Straßenbahn braucht 15 min in die Bielefeld City. Gute Anbindung an die A2 und A33. Nur ein paar Gehminuten kann man den Teutoburger Wald genießen. Café, Kiosk und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe.

Our half-timbered house, built around 1550, is located on the longest adjoining half-timbered house street in Lower Saxony and due to its central location in the city center, all sights are easily accessible on foot in a few minutes. The coziness of the half-timbered house is immediately noticeable. It is very family-friendly and our capable property management is always available. It has three levels, with the bedrooms on the upper floors only accessible via narrow stairs.

Despite the good accessibility of the exhibition grounds and the centre in Hanover, our property also offers you the necessary peace and quiet.

In the middle of the Schaumburger Land, the house is an ideal starting point for hiking, mountain biking or even just to rest. Quiet and village but still centrally located, not far from Hanover or Hameln. In summer and winter, the Schaumburg Land invites you to long hikes by foot or by bike. Our cozy half-timbered chalet between Bückeburg (7.5 km) and Stadthagen (7 km) offers peace and relaxation amidst fields and meadows. A supermarket, bakery and other shops are only 400 m away. The chalet has two sleeping options, a kitchenette and a glazed area with fireplace. A natural stone terrace invites you to relax. Horses at the farm especially delight children. Free parking available, parties not allowed, quiet hours from 10 pm.
