Cozy accommodation with charm

Enjoy the original flair in the lovingly restored half-timbered house. Great location with sun terrace at the Ahrquelle, lake and various restaurants. Jakobsweg, Eifelsteig and Ahrradweg cross here. You'll have the entire upper part of the house to yourselves! The apartment is not lockable as it is an emergency exit. Almost all guests are extremely satisfied! Not suitable for allergy sufferers, people with physical limitations and acoustic sensitivity (bells). Looking forward to seeing you soon!

In this apartment with its own entrance you can feel completely comfortable. All floors are made of natural wood, the walls of clay brick, the room atmosphere very pleasant. Very quietly located apartment in a small but fine place. There is a small grocery store 250 meters away. 50 meters away is an MTB bike rental. Bicycles are of course available with and without support. The entrance to the Eifelsteig and Ruruferradweg are very close. Likewise, in the center of the village is a large playground built in 2019. In the village, there is a new very good restaurant. "Matthias im Gasthaus" It's worth a visit.

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)
