Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Schleusingen

We spent a few days at the Teddy and Doll Festival in Sonneberg and stayed here because it is nice and quiet. It was the right decision.

Had a great stay at the house. We especially liked the beautiful terrace, the large kitchen (fully equipped) and the large living room with smart TV. The second bedroom has two "normal" sized single beds - but is designed more as a children's room. Not so suitable for two couples. There is also a single bed in the living room. Beautiful quiet location, 10 minutes from the market square in Wirsberg. Great communication with the hosts! Everything was perfect :) Next year again!

We were with our baby and our dog in Andreas' holiday home to simply relax as new parents. Long walks in nature are also possible with strollers, as the path is paved. The place was very cozy and modernly furnished. Andreas is a very friendly and likeable host. If anything comes up, you can reach him anytime. We had a very nice extended weekend!

The vacation home is very quietly located on the edge of a village and is an ideal starting point for hikes in the area. You can hike directly from the house into the mountains. By car, many other interesting destinations in southern Thuringia and northern Franconia are also within easy reach. There is a supermarket and butcher in the village, while discounters and large supermarkets are a few minutes away by car. The house is a typical Thuringian forest house with small rooms and steep wooden stairs, freshly renovated and very well equipped. The largest room is a playroom with lots of toys for the kids. Communication with the host works very well, Marcus responds very quickly and tries to meet all requests. We enjoyed it very much. If we are in the area again, we will book the place again.

We were there with a child and two dogs and felt very comfortable. Everything was very clean and we didn't miss anything. Especially great for dog owners is also the garden to the back, which is fenced. The communication with the hostess was also very friendly. We felt comfortable all around!

We were with 3 couples and 1 dog for 3 nights in the Rothäuser Mühle. Bernhard and Susanne are great, likeable and uncomplicated hosts. Always helpful and approachable, yet mindful of guests' privacy. Great! We felt very comfortable in the house and the surroundings. Everything your heart desires. Our dog spent the whole day outside on the spacious grounds and we didn't want to do a big city tour because it was so nice to sit there under shady trees and enjoy the free days together. We will be happy to come back!

The place was very clean and just right for all the people. Nearby are various restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. If you feel the wanderlust, this is also a good starting point. The huge couch and fireplace invite you to chat and the kitchen is superbly equipped. There are enough beds available even if the climb to the top takes some getting used to. But all in all very cozy and modern. We enjoyed the time together very much and can highly recommend Nicole's place.

Dagmar's beautiful house with wonderful views leaves nothing to be desired. The reception is tremendously warm and everything is thought of in advance. Thank you! We would love to come back and enjoy the peace and quiet of the Rhön with its exceptionally beautiful flower meadows.

Great stay at Franziska's! The bungalow is really great – perfect for the two of us. The small terrace is pleasant, well located, and the pool is also great. The bungalow was very clean and beautifully decorated. Perfect for a getaway. Thanks for everything, we will be happy to come back !

We had a wonderful time in the tiny house, the surroundings were wonderfully quiet and you can relax really well. The hot tub and the small sauna are a very big plus, in addition, dogs are also welcome, which we liked very much. 😊☀️

I couldn’t recommend more Svenjas plece! It was amazing, the place itself very spacious. It has everything you need for. She hosted as we were at home. We visited with our little one and our dog and we fledged like at home! Definitely would come back again!! Thanks!!

One of the best accommodations we have ever stayed in, located in the city of Erfurt but in a very calm and relaxing place, we were in the area for work and it was perfect to relax at the end of the day, it has everything you need in the house, Anke, Frank and Kheda are very friendly and good hosts, I really recommend it, thank you

We had booked the place for a JGA with 13 people and were totally thrilled. The pictures don't even come across in the beginning, we are huge the house and also the garden. We had more than enough space to eat, get together and sleep. Since we had a chef in the group with us, the industrial kitchen could be used optimally. Again, there was no lack of amenities and cleanliness. The area offers enough opportunities for nice day trips and also a Rewe can be reached by car in 2 minutes. It was an all-round successful weekend, absolutely recommended!

The hut is great for hikes and excursions to reservoirs and many activities. Very quiet and right by the forest to go hiking. .In the cabin there is everything you need. Super fenced for our dogs,which gives extra points;-).

Beautiful, clean accommodation. Definitely keeps everything it promises. Even the campsite between the lake and the accommodation did not bother us at all - everyone was very friendly and quiet.

We felt very comfortable. Frank was friendly and helpful. The apartment complied with the description and was very clean. Just behind the property, you can start with the dog for nice walks. In addition, the butcher across the street is highly recommended. Overall a beautiful place with great past.

We were with two dogs in Jochen's accommodation. The surroundings are fantastic, you can explore great hiking trails directly from the apartment and for holidays with a dog, this apartment and the location are a dream. The apartment is very large and well equipped, nothing is missing. The bed is super comfortable and the quiet location gives you a very relaxing and good sleep. Unfortunately, we did not meet Jochen himself, but his wife is very, very nice and we felt right at home. We would definitely book this accommodation again if we were drawn in that direction again.

We had an all-round successful stay with Nicole and Helga! The apartment was very clean, lovingly furnished and well equipped - ideal for our three-day hiking holiday in the Thuringian Forest. Nicole and Helga are exceptionally warm and accommodating hosts. Upon arrival, we felt immediately welcome. Even during our stay, they were at our side with valuable tips about the area. After extensive hikes in the beautiful nature of the Thuringian Forest, we were able to end the day in the evening relaxing on the balcony - simply wonderful! Thank you for the great time – we will be happy to come back!

We spent an extended weekend with our dog at Wilma's and were super satisfied. We felt very comfortable in Wilma's special, lovingly furnished house and spent relaxed and slow days. We especially liked the proximity to nature with the dog, the surroundings are really tranquil and there are great walking paths. Wilma described everything very accurately and made sure that we felt very welcome. We will definitely be back, thanks!

I had been looking for a quiet, rural place to stay in Franconia and with animals to get away from it all for a few days and didn't get disappointed. Kim and Armin are very open and friendly and have tips/solutions ready for any questions.

We had a fantastically beautiful stay in Benno, the car! My wife and I enjoyed every minute - the loving decor, the quiet location right on the edge of the forest and the view of the countryside immediately provided relaxation. Everything was super clean and designed with a lot of heart. Unfortunately, we were only there for one night - next time we will definitely stay longer!
