Das neue (alte) Holzhaus wurde sehr ökologisch und auf neuestem Stand wieder hergerichtet. Dieses Studio wurde fast nur mit altem & neuem Holz ausgekleidet - man sieht noch die alte Handwerkskunst. Dennoch ist auch das Moderne wie Beamer, Alexa Sprachsteuerung eingebaut. Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung.

Our flat is located on the 2nd floor on the south side of the house and has a very large balcony with a direct view of the Kampenwand, which invites you to go hiking in summer and skiing in winter (the valley station of the Kampenwand ski area is 350 m away) The flat is lovingly furnished and impresses with its special location in the heart of the Chiemgau.

Im Haus herrscht absolutes Rauchverbot. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich der Frühstücksraum in dem Ihnen das Frühstück als Buffet serviert wird. Alle Zimmer verfügen über einen Balkon, ansonsten lässt es sich bei uns im Garten wunderbar entspannen da wir sehr verkehrsberuhigt liegen.
