Das neue (alte) Holzhaus wurde sehr ökologisch und auf neuestem Stand wieder hergerichtet. Dieses Studio wurde fast nur mit altem & neuem Holz ausgekleidet - man sieht noch die alte Handwerkskunst. Dennoch ist auch das Moderne wie Beamer, Alexa Sprachsteuerung eingebaut. Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung.

The cosy holiday flat is located in the listed Burghotel, the former guest house of Hohenaschau Castle. Our flat is located on the 2nd floor on the south side of the house and has a very large balcony with a direct view of the Kampenwand, which invites you to go hiking in summer and skiing in winter (the valley station of the Kampenwand ski area is 350 m away) The flat is lovingly furnished and impresses with its special location in the heart of the Chiemgau.

You can enjoy an unobstructed view of Rosenheim's local mountains. Many cycle paths lead past us, several bathing lakes are in the immediate vicinity. Traditional construction, natural materials, modern comfort and a high level of quality combine to create a cozy atmosphere.

Welcome to the Homerhof in Rottau! Our house can accommodate 5 guest rooms with breakfast that are located on the 1st and 2nd floors and are therefore unfortunately not accessible. There is no smoking in the house. On the ground floor is the breakfast room where breakfast is served as a buffet. All rooms have a balcony, otherwise you can relax wonderfully in the garden as we are very traffic-calmed.
