Shopping such as baker, butcher and supermarket are also within walking distance. The rooms are located on the 2nd floor. The first room is the fully equipped kitchen-living room with dishwasher and TV and access to the balcony. The second and third rooms are both double rooms with shower and toilet. It is not a self-contained apartment but all rooms are individually lockable.

The apartment also has two bathrooms (one with shower) and a large terrace with Weber grill and garden.

The apartment "Bachblick" is absolutely quiet right on the Kieferbach between Kaiser Mountains and the Gießenbach Valley. The apartment is very comfortably furnished in the Alpine style and is reached via an external staircase. The property is directly adjacent to the fantastic Kieferbach. The swimming area is only 50 meters from the house. The apartment has a large south-facing balcony overlooking the Kieferbach and the large Traithen.

The 55 sqm 2-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor under the roof, with private bathroom, fridge, kettle, cable TV and balcony. Dishes and cutlery are also available. Kitchen and dining on the ground floor are my private area.
