Directly connected to the cross-country trails and mountain bike trails in front of the house. A small wellness area: Sauna and infinity jacuzzi with valley view are available. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the house! Our Tyrolean restaurant is right next to it.

Seekitz vacation home - very close to the lake!

The apartment Seekitz is our apartment directly on the lake (350 m). Just outside the door, a variety of restaurants (Italians, Bavarian, Steakhouse, Burger and Co) awaits you, as well as the opportunity to walk on the shore path, to inquire by bike around the lake or area, as well as the climbing forest or the possibility to go by electric boat on the lake itself. (NO boat license required!) Bike cellar and underground parking space in the house.

The room in a renovated old building from 1933 can be reached via several uneven stairs, is in the center of Tegernsee and yet quiet. It is particularly suitable for those who are on a hike, bike ride, wedding or passing through. You are in this cozy room with an integrated new bathroom for you. The mattress of the 1.40 m x 2 m bed has been replaced and renewed. There is deliberately no TV. Enjoy your stay overlooking the lake and mountains.
