Deine Unterkunft ist ein separater Teil unseres Hauses und befindet sich in einem schönen ehemaligen amerikanischen Offiziersviertel. Du hast auf 35qm ein Wohnzimmer mit einer großen bequemen(!) Schlafcouch, einen Kühlschrank, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (Nur Queensize!!!), sowie ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne. Im Eingangsbereich befinden sich eine Teeküche, Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser aber KEINE KÜCHE! Du hast eine Terrasse hinter dem Haus und einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.

Danach ein Saunagang? Bei Interesse besteht die Möglichkeit eine Spritztour mit meinen US Oldies zu unternehmen ;-)

Within walking distance, the forest with long paths invites you to extensive walks and bike tours, as well as the highest outdoor swimming pool in Hesse.

Das Himmelbett – 5-minute walk to the train station

Eva's "Himmelbett-Wohnung" is on the second floor of a large, detached house from 1907. It is accessible via a spiral staircase from the outside. It can accommodate up to three people and has a small kitchenette, a modern bathroom and a separate toilet. The apartment is lovingly and functionally furnished. A lot of emphasis was placed on high-quality beds and plenty of light. Parquet flooring and exposed roof beams make the apartment cozy.

Hübsche kleine Einliegerwohnung mit eigenem Eingang, kleiner Küche mit Essplatz und einem kleinen Badezimmer mit Dusche. Rundherum sind viel Wald und Wiesen. Also perfekt wenn Ihr mit Eurem jederzeit willkommenen Vierbeiner kommen möchtet 🐕😉 Rundherum sind wunderschöne Wanderungen möglich, auch mit Zielen zum Verweilen. Auch Frankfurt ist in 30min erreichbar. !!!Für Monteure, Handwerker o.ä. steht die Wohnung NICHT zur Verfügung!!!

Relaxing by the forest

A vacation in beautiful nature in the heart of the Rheingau near the Schloß Vollrads and Schloss Johannisberg wineries in Stephanshausen. Please feel at home in my detached house with garden! Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.
